Queens Hotel and Spa

The rooms are really old, dirty carpets and the service was really bad i was told when i made my booking over the phone its including breakfast when i went there for breakfast they told me to leave as its not included when i paid £260 for one night. Very disappointed

This spa hotel is a lovely stay. Its in the thick of the nightlife and a stone throw from the beach. The Gym, swimming pool , sauna and steam room make a great day to start your day. We didnt have e breakfast but it is on offer in the restaurant/Bar (Bar serves 2 cocktails for £18 🤩 ) . Brighton cafes and shops are behind the hotel. Room was clean, bathroom was very clean, staff were amazing and the price of the one night stay was affordable and completely worth the price £140 Would recommend and would stay again.

The room was clean and huge. It had tea and coffee facilities, and iron and safe. Around the hotel looked tired in places with chipped paint and a bit shabby, although the bar and restaurant areas were good. Having a dead fish floating in a redundant fish in the lobby wasn't four star look and not nice for families with children to see! We were kept awake literally all night by hearing people walk and bang about above our room. When I mentioned this I was told I should have rung down but as hotel was full I am not sure what they would have done. My friend got an hour's sleep sadly (it was ger birthday treat from me). The wine (and we tried 3 different types) was bitter so please upgrade to a better quality. The pub across the road had fab wine as did Zizzi! The nearest toilet in the hotel was in the depths by the spa down stairs- too far. Pool nice but cold, sauna and steam room good. Staff helpful and polite. I have stopped in many hotels around the world and would not give this hotel 4 stars. It needs to update and redecorate!

A bit dated, but full of charm and super reasonable price. Nice gym and health club facilities in the basement. Pleasantly surprised. Breakfast was great too. Highly recommend!

Nice sea view room overall not bad but needs updating however we had the worst customers above our oom playing loud music and banging and jumping around phined reception at 2am and he suggested to wear ear plugs and had the audacity to bring them up to our room when I said for him to come up and listen to it himself !! Music stopped for about ten mins banging jumping around shouting till gone 4 am not staying here again

Enormous room overlooking the sea, comfortable beds, everything you need really! Spa gym pool sauna available until 9pm each day and also until 5pm on the day you check out!

A bit old, not so clean but locations is ok.

Reasonably priced hotel for where it is situated. Great staff, great facilities but could do with a link of paint

Hotel was great,outside could do wit a lick of paint,stairway could be better sign posted,as ended up in staff area following exit,weren't impressed especially when fire door was blocked with boxes
