Brighton Wave

I'll start by saying that I'm Italian and I'm very picky about cleanliness and breakfast. I stayed here for work and had the pleasure of meeting Richard and Simon, two kind and helpful people. Breakfast was freshly prepared with quality ingredients, the atmosphere was welcoming, the cleanliness was excellent (I found this place cleaner than Italian hotels), and the location is strategic for visiting Brighton. Highly recommended.

Just arrived at B&B, the gentleman I spoke to on the phone was as helpful in person, lovely property, massive bed and room, had a real homely feel, even had chocolates in our room with the tea and coffee, really clean and tidy, very welcoming, nothing to much trouble, would happily come and stay again, definitely recommend to others, clean to sea front and not far from shops…

The owners are very kind and friendly, the room was nice and quiet and the breakfast amazing. Very well located, next to center. Very recommendable!

One of the best B&B’s I’ve ever stayed in. Working away from home is never easy but the warm welcome, comfy rooms, friendly hosts and amazing breakfast have made it that much easier.

What a find.Exemplary in every way.Richard and Simon run a tight ship..totally pristine,reasonable prices,fantastic breakfast(prizewinning).Variety of rooms,room 8 even has a garden. So many nice touches...makeup remover flannel,fresh milk,pens,biscuits,fresh fruit.,books,warmth...so homely. We usually stay at posh hotels(The Landmark,The Hilton etc)...we will stay at The Brightonwave when visiting Brighton from now on...have already booked for May for The Fringe Festival. The other guests were absolutely delightful..Swedish trio here for football(they support Nottingham!!)etc.

Excellent hotel great location stay here 2 or 3 times a year .Highly recommended.

I would highly recommend this hotel. We went having seen the many positive reviews and were keen to see if it lived up to them, and immediately we saw why everyone had such lovely things to say. The room we had was perfect for a couple, with a private bathroom, and all the facilities within the room you could need, right down to ear plugs in the bedside table! The breakfast was a lovely bonus to the stay, each one cooked to order and absolutely delicious! And to top it off the location was perfect!

Very happy to have stayed at brightonwave. The friendly owners made everything enjoyable and gave us wonderful restaurant recommendations The room was absolutely clean, beds were comfortable, hotwater functioning. They provided chocolate and hot chocolate which were a good snack at night. We loved their in-house breakfast, everything tasted delicious - i had pancakes two times in a row. Husband loved their big breakfast. Would love to stay here again when in brighton!

Only a short visit but would definitely book again. Lovely large room great shower and the breakfast was gorgeous well done guys

Lovely small hotel really in the center of Brighton. Breakfast was perfect. The feeling of attention to small details makes all the difference. Parking is a nightmare but not their fault.

A truly wonderful stay! Felt like a home away from home. We had the most wonderful stay for three consecutive nights. From the moment we arrived from Taiwan, we were greeted with such genuine warmth and hospitality that we immediately felt at home. A highlight of our stay was the breakfast. Every morning, we were treated to a delicious and lovingly prepared meal that gave us the perfect start for our day of exploring. We are already looking forward to our next visit. Thank you so much for your incredible kindness and for making our trip so memorable. We wholeheartedly recommend this place to everyone.

Excellent B&B for exploring Brighton. I stayed two nights and everything was perfect: the location, the welcome, the room with a bathtub, and the breakfast. I'll gladly return!
