Really good location Small room but bed was comfortable and nice white cotton bedding. Very small shower but water was hot and very nice scented complimentary shower/bath gel I was in room 2 which can be noisy if windows are open. Quite a few tv channels (never stopped raining while we were there) Good communication with host I would stay again but only if the price was good

Unexpectedly beautiful sea view. An unprecedented sense of relaxation. The counter was very clean. It didn't feel like a typical English hotel. You can feel the sea breeze just by turning to the side of the window. Every view was worthwhile. The room was clean and comfortable. The soundproofing was average but acceptable. Enjoying a drink here was very pleasant. Please cherish your time here. It's better to avoid winter. Thunderstorms can be a bit scary.

Location was excellent, room was a good size as we booked the king deluxe and had a partial sea view. The room could definitely do with some TLC as was dated and a bit shabby in places. Really needs a new mattress or topper as we found the bed not very comfortable, luckily we were only booked for 1 night

Good value for money and convenient for Brighton city centre. A 10-minute walk.
