Amazing cocktails and perfectly cooked steak to share. Toilets clean, service impeccable. Definitely eat here if you get the chance
Excellent service! Tasty food! From start to finish it was all round 100% excellent service and experience. Food was very tasty and nothing was too much for the waiters! They knew their menu and had plenty of suggestions and recommendations. It is very refreshing to speak to people who seem to know their job well and the menu like the back of their hand! We were served by Alexandru which made our experience a personal one by bringing my mother over a happy birthday plate which was a lovely touch! Kept topping up our wine without asking and always made sure we were happy throughout! Thank you for making our time here a great one! Will defo recommend and return!
It was my first time dining with them at pasture. I have a seagood/fish allergy and the staff were amazing making sure I kbew which goods to avoid, giving me a separate menu and going through everything with me. The service was fantastic and the food was out of this world. (I wanted to marry my steak) which was cooked to perfection.Even before we paid they braught a desert out with happy birthday written in chocolate and a lit candle for my partner, even though we told them his birthday was last month when we'd originally booked to go but couldn't as he was unwell.Absolutely perfect from start to finish.11/10 would recommend.
Well, where do I start. Went to this restaurant this evening as a solo diner (Please no pitty I'm very ugly). Anyway, from the moment I arrived there, 15 mins early, and asked could possibly have a beer outside to chill before going to my earlier booked in the day table I was told by one of the front of house staff that that wouldn't be a problem and just to let her or someone else know when I was ready to sid down. I sat outside and was promptly approached by a very polite young man who asked what I would like. After him bringing me my drink I sat there chilled for 15 mins before going inside to sit at my table for one ( I might be ugly but my Mother Loved me and I'm funny ) Soon as as I was sat at my table I was asked if I wanted something to drink whilst perusing the menu. Due to it being a special occasion for me, I've eventually managed to sort my pip out, I ordered a Pina Colada. Wow, absolutely spot on.... As I was enjoying my cocktail a very handsome, polite and absolutely knowledgeable young man of what to order and I'm not mentioning names Alexandre, oops sorry, took over my whole experience of my visit there....... Even though I was sat alone in this restaurant, I wasn't, I felt welcomed. I know that I haven't mentioned the food yet because for me it's not necessarily all about the grub but trust me ( Just to say I'm fat aswell so I know my nosh ) but no need to say how absolutely fantastic the food is is this restaurant spends so much time helping customers to feel comfortable before they even order. Anyways, great venue, great Staff and a fantastic welcome. Keep it up guys Les Hopkins. 🙏🙏👍👍
Cardiff central - west had fillet mignon for 4 and top notch scotch plus 2 bottles of prosecco and a bottle of Malbec. We started having their top notch scotch. The last one they brought was a 23 year glenfiddich. Without a doubt they shorted me on a double. After a thousand dollar bill they battled over an extra shot. Very chincy and below the status of a supposedly top notch steak restaurant
Basically i pile of uncooked meat on a plate tiny portion of chips snd for a side i had mushrooms (which were nice) I ordered the fillet steak to sharev with 2 free sides a bit confusing I couldnt really understand the waiter trying to explain it. Ive had a lot of fillet steaks over the years and I really dont think was even was one it was so tough I was just chewing it and spitting it out my wife gave up on hers. When I got outside as you cannot see the bill inside as the writing is tiny and its dark they put a £12 service charge on without telling us. I hate getting ripped off and hate paying £120 for food I cannot eat, Go somewhere else.
Super nice place. Worth a visit
Very much enjoyed the food and the service was good. However when we asked for the bill was only presented with the card machine and asked to pay approximately £200, after a £50 voucher was taken off ( so £250 total).Luckily i didnt just swipe my card but asked for the itemised bill as i felt the amount was wrong. Good job I did, we had been overcharged on 4 different items!. They had charged for 4 steaks, we had 2 and had charged for 6 different sides, we had 3. Not just one error. The computer was blamed. Really?? It was a significant difference and spoilt a nice afternoon’s celebration.
Just totally right! Ambiance, decor, reception, card, service. Delicious food and enjoyed. The service was top notch and professional! But not 5 stars because of the unprofessional cleaning of the place when there are still guests...... But I think it is a really beautiful place with a great map 👍🏻
What an amazing experience my husband and I had. From the moment we walked in we loved it, the food the staff the ambience was memorable, we can't wait to visit again! We left with great memories that will last a long time not just from the incredible steaks we had but the recommendations of where to visit on our next trip to Europe. Thank you for such a great dining experience.
