We will plan our wedding reception here

We stayed at this hotel in two rooms (out of a party of six), and unfortunately, the experience fell far short of the expectations associated with a brand like Hilton. The only truly positive note was the breakfast: the staff was kind, helpful, and professional, always ready to help. Our sincere thanks go to them. Regarding the rest of our stay, we encountered several issues, primarily related to the cleanliness and management of the rooms. From the moment we arrived, the bathroom wasn't cleaned with the care we expected, and during our stay, the housekeeping service proved inadequate. On the last day, the room wasn't even made up! In the room occupied by four people, for example, only two bath towels and two face towels were regularly left. We had to repeatedly ask reception for the missing items, a situation that shouldn't occur in a property of this caliber. **** We stayed at this hotel in two rooms, and unfortunately, our experience fell well below the expectations one would associate with a brand like Hilton. The only truly positive aspect of our stay was the breakfast service. The staff were friendly, professional, and always willing to help. They deserve our sincere thanks and appreciation. As for the rest of our stay, we encountered several issues, particularly regarding cleanliness and room maintenance. From the moment we arrived, the bathroom was not cleaned to the standard we expected, and throughout our stay the housekeeping service proved to be inadequate. On our final day, the room was not serviced at all. In the room occupied by four guests only two bath towels and two face towels were regularly provided. We had to request additional towels from reception on multiple occasions, a situation that should not occur in a hotel of this category. The bed linens also left much to be desired, both in terms of quality and overall condition, and did not reflect the standards we expected. We chose this hotel because of Hilton's reputation and the quality assurance typically associated with the brand. For that reason, our disappointment was even greater. We believe the property should carefully review its housekeeping standards and room service quality control, as these are fundamental aspects of a guest's experience. It's a shame, because the hotel has potential, but our overall stay was negatively impacted by shortcomings that shouldn't be present in a property of this caliber. We chose this hotel trusting in the reputation of the Hilton brand and the guarantee of quality it typically represents. For this very reason, the disappointment was even greater. We believe the property needs to carefully review its cleanliness standards and room service, which are essential to ensuring a stay that meets guests' expectations. It's a shame, because the property has potential, but the overall experience was compromised by service issues that shouldn't occur in a hotel of this caliber.

Lovely place but pricey for what you get. The rooms could do with a refresh and updating.

Going to just be honest. Good first. Great location. Nice view up the road to the Castle. The rest was not great, for me, because room service was a constant battle to get clean towels, coffee ppds and trash taken out. Seems petty, sure. But we like our morning coffee. In room coffee maker, save money vs buying it elsewhere. Nope. Only works when someone gives you pods. Called 4 times one day, visited the front desk (they cannot give you any) to find 4 decaf pods. Haha. Really? Got coffee downstairs when the breakfast service finally opens so I had a pile of cups after 2 days of no one taking them. The room was... OK. The service made this the worst stop on my UK, Ireland trip. Breakfast buffet was adequate.. but... one coffee machine was down the entire time. The pot they put out was undrinkable. Tasted like sadness, I imagine thats how sadness tastes anyway.
