Glasgow Pride 2026

Glasgow Pride, Scotland's biggest LGBTQ+ Pride event, pulls over 40,000 people into the city each July. It's also one of the largest in the UK outside London.

The whole thing is free. There's a parade through the city center, then a festival takes over Merchant City. This isn't some corporate-sponsored, watered-down affair. Glasgow Pride feels like the city itself: working-class, politically sharp, loud, warm, and really rooted in its community.

You'll find the main stage with live acts, club nights at AXM and Polo Lounge, and programming spread across Merchant City's Gay Village venues. Drag queens from *RuPaul's Drag Race UK* often show up, which makes sense given Glasgow's serious drag scene.
