Village Hotel Hull
Visitors frequently praise the excellent gym and pool facilities, with many also commending the friendly and efficient staff. However, a recurring complaint is about the poor quality and long wait times for food in the restaurant, particularly the breakfast.

Excellent gym and pool facilities
Very clean, beds were comfortable, staff very efficient and friendly. Had both dinner and breakfast there, food really good.
Great experience rooms were very clean n tidy
the service given to me by Lindsay was immaculate she was the most lovely women ever, always had a smile on her face and was just over all amazing. The food was really nice too
The accommodation is OK.The staff are nice, however, the restaurant... avoid this place like the plague. Waiting over 40 minutes for a basic salad is pathetic enough, but the sheer arrogance of the person I asked to.follow up is what makes this place truly detestable. Not a single apology. No "sorry for the wait." No offer of a complimentary drink. Just pure, unadulterated apathy from a team member that clearly hates their job and despises their customers. They treat you like an inconvenience for expecting the bare minimum. Save your money and go literally anywhere else, even a petrol station sandwich has better service than this rubbish fire.
Brilliant service from Richard & Megan. Could have done anymore for me & my partner in regard to joining the gym & showing us around. Thank you very much much we will be seeing you often 👌🏾
