I really appreciated the service at the hotel, especially from the concierge James, who was very attentive and professional. The room cleaning was also impeccable!

Lovely ambiance, staff were really lovely and welcoming. Thank you to Ramadan for looking after us will definitely be back!

Amazing 2-weeks stay!👏 I had a wonderful time! Lydia at reception was very friendly and helpful. Manager Antony was great and always professional. My room was super clean — thank you to Marianna from cleaning.🛌 The Harrods breakfast was delicious and a real highlight. I will come back. Great hotel and great team.

Had a lovely afternoon tea at the Courthouse Hotel Soho-wala.The service was excellent.Thankyou to Ramadan for looking after my mum and myself.Will certainly recommend to family and friends.

I am here now with my gardening group from America. There are 48 of us Master Gardeners- It is a wonderful hotel, my only complaint is our mini refrigerator is not working and it is the second full day and the manager said today while we were at the Chelsea Flower Show that they would either fix it or replace it. neither one of those things was done - now I come back to the hotel and I have a sandwich left over. Where am I supposed to put it? This is very inconvenient because I had food yesterday that spoiled. It was sitting out for two hours out in the warm hotel before anybody even came to even look at the refrigerator which is hot on the outside - and stinky and dirty on the inside. they were nice enough yesterday to put my leftover fish and chips in the refrigerator. and now I have to go downstairs with my half of cheese sandwich and ask the manager to put it in the refrigerator. I can’t even chill water. Not very happy that they put this off another day cause we’re not leaving till Saturday. it should’ve been fixed today. I need the refrigerator now. ☹️

Hi, My wife and I have just had a wonderful Virgin Experiance cake and sandwich lunch at Soho Wala London. The food and service has been excellent. Ramadan the waiter is a great advert for both the restaurant and Virgin. Helpful, considerate and really happy . Regards mr and mrs rook

What an incredible experience! Ramadan was the most gracious, lovely helper for our afternoon tea. Couldn’t recommend more!! Also - give my guy Ramadan a raise!!!! What a lovely man and brilliant server!
