Me and my daughter stayed here during half term. It was a busy few days for the hotel but the staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay.

The room it self was okay although the AC wasn't exactly the best. Communal areas and corridors are very dirty. Not the usual Premier Inn standards. Avoid using the sign posted car park as you will have your car broken into if you use the premier inn sign posted car park / bays

Lovely accommodation. Tea making facilities available too. Meals were very nice with not long to wait. Staff were pleasant and very helpful.

We stayed in room 125 and the bathroom area was very tatty, with signs of possible flood damage, the air conditioning although seemingly on 19 degrees, was ineffective, considering the restaurant area which was allegedly the same temperature but felt much colder. The incredibly warm and humid room caused 2 very restless nights and very little sleep. However the experience was saved because of our server Taranjit in the restaurant! Who was smiling and very chatty, really made the breakfast experience!!!

Stayed in Premier Plus double rooms, May '26. The rooms were in good condition, clean and well equipped. The bathrooms were fine, although some would find it difficult to get in and out of the bath which is required to have a shower. The full breakfast is second to none and unlimited! Service at the hotel is excellent with all staff being friendly and helpful. The location is easy to get to on public transport and no more than a fifteen minute bus ride from Kew Gardens, for example.
