Used twice now for the co-op arena when arriving by train. Both times had a great experience. Comfortable bed, nice bathroom, good shower pressure. Restaurant is good for breakfast and has good coffee

They sent an online check-in form. The idea might seem good; I tried it to lighten the hotel staff's workload. But beware, they ask for personal information, passport number, and credit card number. That's when the alarm bells started ringing. I called the hotel, and the number they had on Booking.com was incorrect, and the one on Google didn't exist. I was about to go to the police to file a report; it all seemed like a phishing scam. (Booking.com also warns against this; they will never ask for credit card numbers.) Finally, I spoke with Booking.com, and they resolved the situation. The hotel is completely unaware of the harm they're causing customers at a time when they should be handling customer data with extreme caution and care. And the worst part is that I haven't even received an apology from the hotel. THE HOTEL MANAGEMENT IS A COMPLETE DISASTER. THEY DON'T CARE ABOUT THE CUSTOMER'S WELL-BEING. Next time, find another hotel.

We loved the hotel and it's location to most places. Only thing you could not pair our devices to the smart TV. Would definitely recommend the hotel and stayed again.

Lovely hotel. Darcy and Omar were extremely helpful with getting some minor issues rectified and getting my earring rescued from the sink drain!! Thank you.

This was a very disappointing stay. The hotel is extremely overpriced, the manager was very hostile and the rooms were outdated. Waiting to check in there was a queue of people with issues with their rooms.

The manager was very unfriendly/unaccomodating and the room had mold.

Unfortunately whole experience over shadowed by being charged again on the morning of arrival for the room from my debit card. Although I have been assured that this will be refunded within 3-5 days, this does not solve the issue of £140 being taken incorrectly. A simple drink on the house or breakfast for free would have been how I would have personally dealt with a huge error like that. Instead I recieved a "sorry about that but it wasn't me."

Nothing was too much to ask, very friendly and helpful staff, beautiful rooms, with massive comfortable beds.

Couple of minutes from station in the centre of the city. Lovely room clean & comfortable, staff friendly

Went into my room which was meant to be a double bed. Was met by 2 single beds. Went down to reception and asked for this to be sorted whilst I went out. Came back and told it was done. All they did was push the beds together and put a double duvet on the bed. Sat in the middle of the bed and the 2 mattresses came apart. ( still had single bedsheets on them. One bed was higher than the other. Was a very uncomfortable sleep. No windows in the room opened. No natural light could be let in to the room during the day as then window that was 4 metres + high....the wooden curtain covering it did not open. Was just a bit crap. Breakfast wasnt great either. You was only allowed one glad of juice if you had already prepaid for breakfast. Personally I wouldnt be in a hurry to go back. That being said... I went up to a friend's room who was in one of the suites. They are really nice!
