Room smelt like cigarettes and mould! The room wasn’t clean I had used forks in drawers rubbish under bed, the hall ways were dirty walls outdated plaster showing wires hanging out! Was not the 4 star experience that they advertise, I’m now home and Ill, would never return!

There’s a lot of bad reviews on here but if you need somewhere to stay in a comfy clean bed near the airport with shower etc then its a brill hotel to come to, the burgers are also amazing! Stayed in a twin room last night and up early and refreshed for our trip away, the staff were all lovely and gave us all information we needed, also rang a taxi for us! For £40 it was an absolute bargain!

Dear Hotel Management, I arrived at the hotel very late and was extremely tired after my journey. Only the next morning did I realize how unacceptable the condition of the room was. There was a used towel left in the bathroom, hair on the bed, and the coffee station had not been restocked or properly cleaned. Some of the coffee stirrers even appeared to have already been used. In addition, there was not even a trash bin in the room. There was also no iron or hairdryer, although I was told by reception that these should have been available in the room. To make matters worse, the power outlets in the room were not working. I could not charge my phone, use an iron, or use a hairdryer. I reported these issues to reception, but was simply told that there were no other rooms available and that I could not be moved. Unfortunately, I did not feel that my concerns were taken seriously. The room and facilities were far below the standard advertised. Nothing about my experience matched the description or the photos shown when I booked the hotel. Because of the poor condition of the room, the missing facilities, and the lack of a satisfactory solution, I would like to request a full refund. I look forward to your response.
