Brilliant for overnight stay before flight

This is a very small, reasonably priced, quiet b&b very close to Manchester airport Jet Parks Ringway Car park. Ideal location for a late flight arrival sleepover. I booked too late to get the breakfast and just used the en suite triple room and shower. They allow you to bring food and eat in their conservatory, even providing a microwave, crockery and cutlery for that purpose. The front door lock to the hotel didn't work with the out of hours key as it's very worn, but the proprietor didn't mind my calling him at midnight to open the door. The triple room was clean and simply organised, but the bedside table was at the base of the single bed, as the bathroom doorway was between the 2 beds, so couldn't be used for a bedside light switch, but the bathroom light worked for that as the switch was just above the bed. The bed itself was lovely - soft and very comfortable, especially after 15 hours of being in cramped plane seats. Like sleeping on a cloud. The pillows were comfortable as well. Just the right degree of softness and support. There was a large TV in the bedroom. The shower took a while to warm up, but was adequate. I didn't use the lounge, though. Everything was cosy, clean and a little dated. I'm no spring chicken myself, so felt very much at home and was very grateful for the opportunity to book and stay at an unsociable time at extremely short notice.

Rooms were lovely, service was excellent & location not bad, was near the train station.

Great little hotel. Yes the room was small but it ticked the boxes for what I needed & the full English was top tier. Hosts were really welcoming. I'd absolutely stay here again if needed. Parking was a bit hit and miss if you have a larger car & it's busy

If you need a hotel thats near the airport and reasonably priced its great. However I would say your experience if you are in the house or in one of the outside constructions would be very different. The room was freezing when we arrived and took an age to warm up - the heating kept going off and we were shivering. Thankfully when we returned from dinner it had warmed up but was concerned it wouldn't. Has a good number of parking spaces but can be quite tight to park if full!

Great little hotel. Clean rooms, very friendly hosts who are super helpful. Definitely recommend.
