Old Trafford Guest House

One of the worst places I have ever stayed. I only selected it as it was not far from Old Trafford. I stayed at Old Trafford Guest House on Saturday night and checked out on Sunday morning. Unfortunately, my experience was extremely disappointing. The property was in a very poor state of repair and appeared to be badly neglected. The décor was old and tired, the room needed repainting, the bathroom was poorly maintained, and even the toilet seat required attention. The staircase carpet was heavily stained, greasy, and looked as though it had not been properly cleaned for a very long time. The whole property felt dark, dated, and unwelcoming. The bedding did not appear fresh or properly presented, and overall standards of cleanliness fell well below what I would expect from any guest house advertised on Booking.com. There was also no useful information provided in the room, such as emergency contact details, local information, or basic guidance for guests. I am genuinely surprised that this property continues to be advertised on Booking.com in this condition. In my opinion, Booking.com should carry out more rigorous inspections or quality checks on properties like this to ensure they meet reasonable standards before offering them to customers. I would not stay here again and cannot recommend this guest house based on my experience.

To be fair only used this address to park car for soccer aid but was allowed to use bathroom to wash and use toilet. Extremely friendly going above and beyond. Thank you for being so kind and caring
