Roomzzz Aparthotel Manchester City

I have stayed here about 6 times over 3 years. Each time the hotel feels more and more worn out. Plugs that don't work, no hot water the last time i stayed, damaged floors, broken taps etc. The elevator has only worked the first time I stayed (it just always has a note on it saying "under repair"). The location is good and the staff are nice, but it feels like it is pretending to be a hotel, rather than actually being one.

I discovered this Aparthotel by chance while working in Manchester. I have been a regular here ever since 12th April 2026, Mikolaj has been extremely helpful and friendly on each of my visit. The rooms I have been assigned to so far have been very spacious and well equipped. The only feedback is the non-working customer lift which apparently has been out of service since July 2025. I found this to be astonishing!! Hence the 4/5 rating for service…Fix it please and I will keep booking! 🙃

Rajae is very nice and helpful. The service was excellent and friendly. I would gladly use her services again.

Self contained studio room. Does what it says

This used to be a fantastic aparthotel but it started to show its age. My first visit was on 2014 but unfortunately since then there have been no improvements. During our visit the elevator didn’t work. The grab and go breakfast has been downgraded and fresh fruits are not on offer any more. Rooms were not in their best shape and there were crumbs from the croissants of the previous tenants as well as stains on the furniture. It was not a bad stay but it’s a shame that this place is going downhill

Cancelled my booking 3 hours before check in. Obviously want more money because of the Manchester United game. There were other rooms available when I booked so unsure why I have now had a cancellation come through. No one at the hotel is answering my calls or message. Now out priced for other places in the area and left stranded in Manchester without suitable accommodation when I am here on business.

Stayed for the weekend with my partner for a late birthday treat, room is great, its close to the shopping centre, cant really ask for more. Granted unfortunately the lift is broken which they had reached out to tell us prior, but they have gone above and beyond to help us, especially Mik, they have let us use the staff lift whenever we've asked as were on the 5th floor, Always been upbeat and positive..and nothing is too much for them, we can't recommend them enough. Thank you for making our stay amazing. We will definitely see you again soon!

Excellent location and service. Highly recommended. Unforgettable croissants.
