Again just like a normal Travelodge very bad, sheets dirty, towels dirty, curtains dirty, bed so dusty and has webs with everyhting Litreally dirty or dusty, although shower is un upgrade still very small bathroom and bad, we stayed in a 4 bedroom room and no WiFi was working, of course Wi-Fi was only half an hour anyway the Wi-Fi was not working when u try to connect to it, nothing pop ups, (the thing u type ur email with and stuff. But like any other hotel or Travelodge hotel staff was amazing and so friendly, cigarette smell in the lift, vey nice and good staff members, looks like they don’t clean your room because cleaning cart still isn’t here and it’s 11:12, door is bad design and the designs doesn’t let u double lock your door, location is great, with KFC being a 10 second walk for the hotel and McDonald being around 5 but that’s it since it’s in a retail park.

Mark the recptionist was racist! I booke a room for a night, the system automatically named my wife as the guest. since we use travelodge a lot. He refused allow me check in although, i paid for it on my card, the invoice was on my email, all details were on my name. Showed him all the evidence. Offered to get my wife to call and confirm, he says it could be anyone, offered to video call her and get her to sedn ID. Although there were people checking in with no ID, he has been advsied to take ID from people like us (us being of asian origin). Asked me to come in th morning to speak with the manager, but REFUSED to give name of manager. He made a comment that we are all the same, his words 'you lot are all the same'. I have been using travelodge for years and this is the first time i have had issues, i was there a week before with the same issues with booking, did not have any problems as the receptionist understood what i did wrong. Would not alow me to rebook either.

Does the job for a few nights stay but is not worth the ££ price they ask. Comical really some of the prices. Front desk had nobody there at 6pm... stood around waiting to check in, room had NO hand soap AGAIN for about the 4th time in a Travelodge, do they even check these rooms? and surprisingly no radiator or heater in the rooms of any sort, totally reliant on the climate control. Use for a few nights but expect bare minimum. Only choice really given the price of everywhere.

Can't fault this for a budget hotel. Room was lovely, bathroom really clean. I thought it was a lot newer than 7 years old, so credit to the management for keeping it so clean and tidy.
