AVOID AVOID AVOID....... IF YOU HAVE A LONG AND EXPENSIVE VEHICLE AVOID THIS HOTEL LIKE THE PLAGUE. I drive over 100k miles a year and never ever have i come across a car park that is this bad. My vehicle is a Long Wheel Base Mercedes S class and I struggled to get in and up the ramps to park last night, but that was not the worst. After speaking to the receptionist at check in, explaining there needs to be a warning about how tight this car park is, her reply was " yes if you have a big and expensive car, this is not a good car park" The receptonist by the way was absolutely marvelous, friendly and helpful, best part about this stay, ..... why, why, why is there not a warning on the website about this car park???? Multiple shunts back and forward to get around the tight ramps and high kerbs without scraping my wheels, then the car park spaces worse than a normal multi storey or food car park space, no room at all. The room is ok, again very warm as the air con is controled by reception who you have to ring if you want it changing! Whats that all about, its dated, old and smells stale. I got up an hour earlier than needed to get out the csr park as I knew it was going to be tight. I did not realise how tight. From my parked position I could not get an angle to get the car down the first ramp, I had to reverse after 18 mins of trying. The next few levels went worse. So tight with the wall and the high kerb and twice i caught the rear O/Side wheel as i just could jot get an angle because of walls, pillars and parked cars sticking out as the bays are so shallow. Below you will see the pictures of my ruined wheel, this xant be refurbished and will require a new wheel which I have been quotes at £1097+vat. I am not footing this cost as if I had know how tight this xar park was i would have chosen to stay elsewhere. What's worse, they want to charge me to park my car!!!!!! If you are a new driver you will struggle unless you drive a small compact car, those in family vehicles approach with EXTREME caution and even think about staying elsewhere. Anyone with a large or long vehicle AVOID THIS PLACE. I am absolutely fuming......

Not perfect or any luxury but all you need in a trip. Basics for reasonable price. Good sleep, bath or shower(you have 2in1) and a good breakfast. And car park just for 7.5 per day.

Really nice hotel. The manager is very nice person too. It is very clean and at good location. Comfortable beds and good size rooms. Perfect for our business stay with a family. Thanks for the stay.

Spacious and comfortable room, but showers have a water saving feature on it so the water spray and pressure is very light. The car park is the worst engineered car park I have seen, park elsewhere if you have a big car otherwise it will be a nightmare to park with the tight corners.

The rooms and corridors smell a bit funky. However, the staff are very kind and accommodating. The restaurant catered for my gluten free needs (coeliac) brilliantly. WARNING ⚠️ - The multi-storey car park is bloody tight. We drive a VW Sharan and it was a mission to get up and down the very narrow ramps. Ended up parking in the train station car park. It was cheaper too.
