Morgans Hotel

My hotel room was in an anex around the corner with a view to a loading dock, and seemed like in a desperate need of refurbishment. Permanently clogged sink. Last night got woken up by water dripping out of the air-conditioning, when checked out was told off by receptionist as if it was my fault it was falling apart. Check in and bar staff were fantastic.

I stayed one night at Morgan’s on my way to the Mumbles . First time in Swansea. Single woman on my own, I felt very safe here . Appropriate lock on the inside of the door - not just key card entry system like some budget options that have been in the news lately (men entering without permission). I was very happy here and felt v looked after . Booked last minute and I was v happy. Great last minute deal, excellent value for a large room. Comfy bed, great bathroom - v spacious shower . Very clean. Slept like a log Staff were great and helpful. Bar was lovely, nice setting and tasty Malbec. Highly recommended

Big room but a bit noisy. Excellent location.

Thank you to all the staff at Morgans for looking after our friends and family on the day of my dad’s funeral. My dad always loved Morgans Hotel. The staff were amazing, the food was outstanding, and little details they did made the day so special to us. 😊 A big thank you to Rhys on reception, my aunt said every hotel should have a Rhys.
