Booked a room with early check-in- but had to wait for the room to be ready for 50 minutes after check in time. But a complimentary G&T was a good response from the receptionist . Heatwave so room was really warm - a little fan helped a bit. A bit low water pressure in shower. Decent breakfast. Best thing with the hotel ; it’s staff

Recently stayed for a long weekend at Swansea Central Travelodge and overall very happy. Paid extra for a premium room on the top floor which was spacious and comfortable. Staff efficient and friendly. Only downside (which is beyond the hotel's control) is a bar across the road playing very loud music till late, so maybe request a room on the other side. Also premium wi-fi was misbehaving one evening. Otherwise very happy with stay and hope to return.

I'm afraid this hotel is a little bit average all round. The soap machine was broken in the shower, there was no mat for the bath, which was slippery. The soap machine at the basin was so aggressive, it ricocheted from the palm of my hand, straight into my eye. The drinks machine in the lobby was completely on the blink. There was one poor guy, very courteous, who was cooking the meals and managing the reception at the same time. Everything was clean and fine, but the manager needs to give the place some general t.l.c. if they want to deliver any kind of a customer experience.
