CREST (クレスト) is a small gay bar in Nakano's Chūō district, close to Nakano-sakaue Station and part of the ward's compact local gay-bar cluster. Categorised by Google as a gay bar and featured in Japanese gay-bar guides, it offers the intimate counter-bar experience typical of Tokyo's neighbourhood scene, a short walk or one train stop from Shinjuku. It shares its building block with other small local queer bars.

There's seating for about six at the counter and some booth seating, and the restrooms are clean. There's karaoke, and the clientele seems to be mainly in their 30s and 40s. The owner (mama) is in her 50s, seems to have come from the Shinjuku Ni-chome area, and has a strong personality. The customers are mainly locals from the neighborhood, and it's a place where people who know each other have a good time, so it's probably best to go with someone you know. Going alone as a newcomer would require considerable communication skills and would be quite difficult.

This men's only bar is based on the concept of an "adult cultural festival." It's a place that connects people, things, and events, so just visiting is exciting. It has a relaxed atmosphere, as well as a hideaway-like feel, making it a very comfortable place.
