There were cockroaches in the room. It was damp, not very comfortable for people with asthma. However, the location was perfect!

Pros: For groups of five or more, the location (near the station, shopping, major restaurants, convenience stores, etc.) and the room comfort (three 1.5-person beds, refrigerator, and microwave) make it an excellent value. Cons: The manager is usually out of town, making it difficult to ask for assistance without a phone call. Even if you can reach him, it can take time. Check-in is particularly difficult. There's no elevator, and the narrow stairs can be a hassle to navigate.

It's close to the station and the room was clean. I'd like to use it again.

Taiwanese people, please give this a rating 😮 Besides being very close to Nakano, there are no other advantages. Charging over NT$2,000 a day shouldn't come with this level of service quality.

There is a 100% cancellation fee. The mobile version makes it difficult to understand. Also, the hotel staff's telephone service is terrible. The voice was male and overbearing.

I was really disappointed. The toilet and shower room were in the same room, with the rebar completely exposed, which was dangerous! The room key was in a box at the entrance, and after unlocking it with a code and going up the stairs to enter the room, it felt more like a boarding house than a hotel.

It's about a 5-minute walk from Nakano Station. There are plenty of restaurants nearby, as well as supermarkets and convenience stores, so you won't have any trouble finding food. The hotel doesn't have an elevator, so you'll have to go up and down stairs, which might be difficult if you have a lot of luggage. You'll receive an email beforehand with the room key. There was cockroach spray on the first floor, which I took to my room, but I didn't need to use it. The room was neatly organized. If you're only looking for accommodation, the price is very reasonable. The room door wouldn't close unless you pushed it firmly, so you need to be careful.

I'm from Taiwan! I booked the room online. It's really difficult for a family of six to find a room in Tokyo; you either have to book two rooms. I happened to find this one and wanted to share my experience. The six-person room on the third floor is fairly large. Luggage takes up a lot of space on the floor, but walking around is fine. The small balcony isn't very useful; it's mostly for ventilation, and there are no bamboo poles for drying clothes. The hotel is an old, single-story building with no elevator and narrow stairs, making it a bit difficult to carry large suitcases up and down. There are vending machines and washing machines on the first floor. The rooms on the third floor have showers, but the toilet is a separate area to the left of the room door, which can be uncomfortable in winter as it gets very cold. The room has a heater/cooler and an air purifier. I didn't see any cockroaches during my four nights, but there are limited power outlets, so it's best to bring an extension cord. Towels and toiletries are limited; you can ask the host to bring them or get them from the second floor. Because it's a self-service hotel, you can sleep in as long as you want before going out; it's very relaxing, so don't put pressure on yourself. I give the surrounding environment full marks. Shopping and dining are incredibly convenient, allowing you to eat and shop to your heart's content all day long. There's a Life supermarket at the alley entrance, open from 9 AM to midnight. The area around Nakano Station is bustling with activity and numerous duty-free shops. Remember to compare prices before getting your tax refund; I even saw three different prices for 270 tamarind. I would probably come back again, because I can be a little shabby when it comes to accommodation, but I can't skimp on food and drinks.

It hardly feels like a modern hotel. I will never go there again, and I wouldn't recommend going there either. It's expensive too.

We stayed with five people, but we encountered three cockroaches. The room didn't smell clean, so we didn't use the shower and went to the public bath. The toilet was separate from the room and had an auto-lock, so we had to bring our own key. The only amenities were toothbrushes and towels. I wish they'd at least provide a cockroach spray.
