Advantages : *Amazing Resort. * Nice clean arranged room. *very Good Fitness available in the hotel. * Friendly helpful warm welcoming staff. *Affordable cost of stay. *very Good location ,all you need around or just in a short distance ; 7 eleven market just opposite cross the road , close to Layan beach , a lot of restaurants and coffee shops around Even some in a walking distance. * They have free shuttle service from to Layan beach * Nice swimming pool Special Thanks For the manger Thaipine he offered us free laundry service & late check out , we really appreciate his offer. Disappointing: * The breakfast is not an open buffet, so limited ala carte Menu and costly. * The house keeping ignored to clean the room the day for check out while our check out was agreed to be late and also we requested room cleaning in order to we be able to reuse the bathroom but we been ignored. * The room so small but it was ok for us, we enjoyed the stay in it. Definitely we will back this hotel if we back Bang Tao Phuket

Very well stocked gym and beautiful pool. Rooms were spotless and new. Location is about a 20min walk down to a quite beach with food shops along the way to grab lunch to eat at the beach.

I really loved my stay and the hotel had very quiet and relaxing atmosphere but…. I fell in love with their gym more 😏 i wish i could buy just gym membership alone… if can let me know 😁

Beautiful new resort. Great people, clean rooms, dive center and amazing gym. Restaurant is overpriced and food underwhelming. There is a little Thai food restaurant just down the street!

The service from all the staff is superb. Everyone is very friendly and tries to fulfill every wish. The rooms are tastefully decorated, the beds are very comfortable, and the terrace is lovely with a view of the beautiful pool. The hotel is located a bit out of the way, but since we rented a scooter, that wasn't a problem for us. A big plus is the 7-Eleven just across the street.

Modern and luxurious resort. Good pools. Excellent rooms. Poor service Too expensive for the lack of attitude from the staff. Good breakfast but not perfect. The location is good, but far from the sea, you have to drive at least fifteen minutes. Excellent gym. Clean and tidy place.

We booked standard rooms with a pool view. However, when we arrived, we were given a room with windows facing the ground, which is like being on the ground floor. The rooms also smelled of sewage. After much debate, they finally upgraded us to other rooms. The location is inconvenient if you don't have a car or bike.

Rooms really small with no space for bags, wardrobe tiny not suitable for clothes from 2 people. No space for drying clothes or towels. Nice bathroom but the smell from the drain is constant and really bad. One of the pools is constantly closed and to be honest if the resort is ever full there is not enough room and sun-beds by the pool. When reading opinions we had the high expectation when it comes to breakfast and again got disappointed. Breakfast very basic not much choice and the bread only toasts 😔. Localisation is not the best either next to busy road, with works career out at the next building site so a lot of dust. Would I consider coming back hire NO.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful hotel over the Christmas break. The staff is professional and welcoming, and the manager assisted us promptly with a few minor issues. The gym facilities are fantastic, and the rooms are modern and well-furnished. Our only suggestion would be to improve the quality of the breakfast offerings. Nonetheless, it was a pleasant experience, and we look forward to returning.

The staff were incredibly kind and welcoming, and the hotel itself was new, clean, and very comfortable. The pool was fantastic and quickly became my favorite spot during the stay. I originally booked a standard room but upgraded to a villa from the second day because it was so beautiful. The villa was spacious and spotless, and breakfast was also excellent. Although it’s a bit far from the beach, the complimentary shuttle makes it easy to get around. Overall, it was a wonderful and heartwarming stay, and I would definitely return.

Wonderful hotel, very clean, daily cleaning, delicious food in the hotel restaurant, delicious breakfasts, friendly staff, always smiling, gorgeous pool, also constantly cleaned. I will come back to you again, friends.
