Really good hotel. Very helpful staff, especially by Jib at Reception Sashi at hotel tour service, gave an awesome deal on three best tours, James bond, Phi phi and City attractions. Rooms cleaned everyday. Location is the best. Premium mall is 5 minutes walk. Breakfast is also good. We have a specific diet restriction , well looked after.

The insulation is poor, and the air conditioner's noise is annoying.

I had the worst sleep of my life, the AC had a broken motor noises that was driving us crazy

The hotel is beautiful, clean, has cool air conditioning, strong water pressure, delicious food, convenient location, and an affordable price. The service is excellent, there's ample parking with attendants, a large and beautiful swimming pool, and a well-equipped fitness center. Highly recommended in Phuket.

It was amazing. Right in the center of Phuket, within walking distance of Central Phuket. All transportation infrastructure is nearby, making it easy to get anywhere. The rooms are very nice, spacious and airy. The hotel staff were very attentive. We stayed for a week and were very satisfied. There was also a very good restaurant and breakfast room.

Terrible place, not clean, horrible service Don't go near this hotel even if it's for one night like we did. Just terrible

Came in late May, got a price of 7 red bills (Thai Baht). The quality was better than the price. The room was clean and smelled nice, the bathroom was also clean. Parking was a bit limited. If the hotel has an event... It's close to the city center, which is good. Overall, very satisfactory.

The night reception team (all LGBTQ) was polite, humble, and extremely friendly, providing a great welcome. However, the female receptionist during check-out in the morning had a grumpy, unwelcoming expression and seemed uninterested in customers. This needs improvement. The room and facilities were okay, and considering the price, it was good value.
