A very special thank you to everyone at Hotel Casa Blanca Old Phuket Town for making our stay AGAIN so wonderful during 2026. ❤️ From the moment we arrived, we were treated with such warmth, kindness and genuine care. Your friendly smiles, excellent service and attention to the little things made us feel truly at home. The atmosphere and presence by you all when entering is just great. We are leaving with wonderful memories of our stay and of the amazing people who made it so special. All of you walking that extra mile for is was awesome. We will certainly recommend this Hotel for stay over to all our friends and those visiting Phuket. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts — we hope to see you all again soon! 🇹🇭❤️
Following an accident of my 18-month-old son (falling and vomiting), I had to cancel our stay to stay near the treatment center in Patong. Although the hotel recognized the medical emergency in our exchanges, they refused any partial refund even for the second night. Their only proposal: to return before October, which is impossible for foreign residents. They even suggested coming to stay because the hospital was "close", totally ignoring the well-being of the child. I am shocked by this purely accounting management at the expense of ethics.
We had a fantastic one-night stay at Casa Blanca Boutique Hotel in Phuket Old Town and honestly wished we could have stayed longer. From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly warm and welcoming, going above and beyond to make us feel comfortable — even taking the time to personally show us where to park our car, which was such a thoughtful touch. Our room was absolutely gorgeous — spacious, beautifully decorated, and spotlessly clean, with everything we needed for a relaxing stay. It really felt like a peaceful retreat right in the heart of the city. The location couldn’t be better. Situated right in Phuket Old Town, it’s perfect for exploring the charming streets, local cafés, and nearby temples — everything is within easy walking distance. Overall, this hotel exceeded our expectations in every way. The combination of friendly, attentive staff, a stunning room, and a prime location makes it an easy 5-star recommendation. We would definitely stay here again!
amazing hotel in phuket old town central for everything .The breakfast was fantastic rooms are spacious and very clean staff so helpful and king. It’s a family run business and the manager/receptionist was amazing very kind an d.c. helpful with any little problem she even helped us with the taxi on my bolt app would heartily recommend this hotel a little gem of a find
Charming and cozy hotel with lovely staff, the rooms are comfortable and large the bed is cozy with sweet salty snacks and free water in the room. Ideal location in the heart of the old town. I recommend 100%
Very centrally located hotel in Old Phuket Town. Just around the corner all restaurants are within walking distance. Small but nice with pool and breakfast if you want. We stayed one night on site and that was enough.
To stay in old town Phuket is not the same expérience as being on the beach in Patong; the 2 are at least 30 minutes apart by taxi. However if you choose to stay in Old Town, this hôtel is a good option. It is well priced and near all the restaurants & activity - especially good on Sundays when there is a weekly huge night market. The hôtel building is attractive although the tiny elevator is really for luggage only so you may have to climb many stairs to reach your room. The pool is small, not particularly scenic, & we saw no body using it during our 4 day stay. Breakfast was basic, always the same, and not particularly recommended. Staff was Lovely & helpful. My one semi beef is that we were arriving early in the morning from a flight from the Middle East & I had asked for an early check in & the staff showed zéro interest or flexiblity on this so I had to book an extra night even though I got to the hotel at 10:30 am
Really beautiful hotel located in a good area of Phuket Old Town, that we can pop in and out easily to rest as we explore Phuket in hot weather. This hotel is also not affected by the weekend night market as the entrance is beside those market. The staffs are fantastic and are the highlight of the hotel, giving 5 star level service. Of course the hotel does have a number of drawback as it is a historical building - Poor soundproofing and you can hear who are the heavy-foot and when people closely their door loudly. - hard to control water temperature For those with mobility issue, there are steps or steep ramp to access the hotel. There is a elevator to the room but it is mostly for luggage but can be used by those who require it (wheelchair) upon request. hotel is on the wrong side of the road so you should always alight on the opposite side and cross via traffic light to be safe.
Stayed here for 3 nights from 6 Nov and can honestly say it was the best hotel. Location is great. Hotel is spotlessly clean staff go out their way to help you and are so friendly. We didn’t have breakfast so cannot comment on that. Room was lovely and very quiet as we were looking into the pool. We couldn’t fault anything at all will definitely stay again
Five nights, a vegetarian festival during the holidays. Happy to choose Hotel Casa Blanca, the ideal location in the old town. The hotel is stylish, our room was great, with street view, so all the festivities we could watch from the balcony. Room service is excellent. Laundry's great. The staff is kind and friendly. We recommend this hotel for your stay in the city.
