Our family chose to stay here for our trip back in June, and honestly, it was such a great decision 🥰 From the moment we walked in, we could feel it right away — this place is warm and welcoming, way more than we expected. 🙏 The Owner What made this stay extra special was actually meeting the owner in person. They came over to greet us themselves, asked if our trip was tiring, if everything was comfortable. It's not easy these days to find a hotel where the owner still personally checks in on guests like that. Honestly felt more like visiting a relative's house than staying at a hotel ❤️ 😊 Front Desk Staff The reception team was so sweet, smiling the whole time, easy to talk to, and gave us all the details we needed — room info, nearby attractions, restaurant recommendations, all of it. Even at check-out they asked again if our stay was comfortable. Made us feel less like customers and more like familiar faces they actually remembered 🙌 🧹 Housekeeping The room was spotless from day one all the way to check-out day. Sheets smelled fresh and clean, everything tidied up perfectly every time housekeeping came by. You could really tell they took pride in the work, not just going through the motions 🛏️✨ 🛋️ The Room Decorated in natural tones, very easy on the eyes and relaxing. The bed was super comfortable, pillows just the right softness. Bathroom was clean, hot water strong with zero issues. There's a small balcony perfect for sipping coffee in the morning. Quiet, peaceful atmosphere — really felt like proper rest Overall this stay went beyond our expectations. The owner's genuine care, the staff's friendliness, the cleanliness from housekeeping — it really felt like we were taken care of on every level. If we ever come back to Phuket, Sivana Place will be the first place that comes to mind 💕🏝️ Thank you to the whole team for the warmth and smiles throughout our stay 🙏😍

If you're looking for a place to stay in Phuket that feels warm like home, I'd really recommend Sivana Place Phuket 🥰 This trip left such a good impression that I have to give a genuine shoutout to the whole team — from the owner who welcomed us so warmly, the front desk staff who were always smiling, the housekeeping team who kept the room spotless and dust-free, to the maintenance guy who came super fast to fix the AC without making us wait around. Everyone there really has great service mind 👏❤️ As for the room, it was such great value and way better than expected 🤩 Spacious, modern decor but still felt relaxing. The standout was the bed — so soft you sink right in, slept so well I didn't even want to get up. Facilities were all there too: big TV, strong Wi-Fi, fridge, and a little lounge area, plus a balcony to catch the morning breeze. The bathroom had clear wet/dry separation, hot water was steady and strong 🚿 After a tiring day out, a warm shower and that soft bed was pure bliss. Staying here honestly made our Phuket trip complete. It's become my number one go-to place now. If you're on the fence, just go for it — you won't regret it! 🏅⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

The room was spacious. It was a studio room with a hairdryer and kettle, and it was clean.

The staff provided good service and the place was clean.

The rooms are clean and comfortable, and the staff provides excellent service. The parking lot is spacious and can accommodate many cars. It's very convenient, and there are restaurants in the local area nearby.

The staff at B-Garden were very good.

The room was very good, clean, and the two air conditioners kept it very cool. The location was very convenient for getting around.
