Excellent, especially the vegan options at breakfast!!

A very clean and affordable hotel with helpful staff. The location near the city center is simply excellent.

We booked this hotel based on our consistently excellent experiences in other cities. Unfortunately, this location fell far short of our usual standards. The service at reception was very disappointing. Since our room wasn't ready upon arrival, we were given a rather curt reception. The receptionist seemed completely indifferent: there wasn't a single kind word about our arrival, and we weren't offered the option of storing our luggage in advance, nor were we asked if we needed parking. This is not what customer service should be like. The evening at the hotel bar was also disappointing. Although the bar was busy, there was no staff to be seen. The tables were piled high with used dishes and hadn't been wiped down. Only after a long wait did an employee appear, forcing us to order directly at the bar, which involved a considerable wait. In conclusion: The hotel's facilities may be fine, but the service and hospitality leave much to be desired. It's a shame; we've experienced much better from this chain!

My absolute favorite for business trips to Dresden. I'd gladly stay here again!

Very clean, modern and tastefully decorated hotel. Good undergeound car park for €18 a day.

A very nice hotel. The rooms are medium-sized, but perfectly adequate for two people. I especially liked the bathroom, which features granite and mosaic tiles. Breakfast was standard, but the coffee from the automatic machines was perfect. I would stay at this hotel again.

Upon arrival after 10 p.m., the night porter was very helpful and assisted with a room issue, facilitating a room change. The bar staff was also courteous even at that late hour. Everything was good and satisfactory. Breakfast is okay—good Motel One standard, as one knows and expects. The only annoying thing was the climate control in the room. Despite the cold night temperatures, the heating didn't work. The staff said you could "only heat or ventilate; it's a basic setting." The maintenance technician was very friendly, explained the situation, and tried his best, but said the problem was known and couldn't be resolved at the moment. The bathroom exhaust fan also didn't work. As is almost always the case in many hotels: the bathroom light was far too bright; you can't turn it on at night without being blinded by flashing lights. Surely some kind of nightlight setting should be available.
