Hôtel Naam

Nice hotel room with a minor technical issue. Breakfast was really good. Great value for money.

Pretty good hotel for the price, don't have much to complain about. It was clean and everything you would expect in a hotel. Only downsides were that it was a bit noisy at times and that even though checkout was at 12am the cleaners started knocking on the door already at 11am. And when we asked if we could book one additional night they said yes and checked the price on Booking.com which was almost double what we paid the night before(and gave us a few % discount but still it was a lot) and we could find it cheaper online from other websites so no incentive to book directly with them.

The room conditions were unacceptable. The air conditioning was broken, and the heating was constantly on and couldn't be turned off, resulting in a constant temperature of 24–25 degrees Celsius in the room. Several complaints were ignored. The only suggested solution was to leave the window open when the outside temperature was 5 degrees Celsius. The problem was neither resolved, nor was there an apology or any form of goodwill gesture. This is not how a hotel should handle complaints.

The stay was unfortunately very disappointing. The air conditioning in the room didn't work, while the heating ran constantly and couldn't be adjusted. The room temperature remained a constant 24–25 degrees Celsius. Despite repeated complaints, the problem was not resolved. The only suggested "solution" was to open the window at night – when the outside temperature was around 5 degrees Celsius. This meant either an overheated room or an uncomfortably cold one with the window open. What's particularly disappointing is that neither a real solution nor an apology or any form of compensation was offered. This level of service is unacceptable for a hotel.

The hotel was great. Easily accessible from the main train station by public transport. The rooms were excellent, the breakfast superb and plentiful...would gladly stay again.

You can do it, but you don't have to. Poor value for money.

TV was completely inoperable and there was blood on the bathroom vanity. When we told the manager he told me that the room was unfinished. I.E. still being renovated which floored us. Why rent us an unfinished room. We tried to just have them move us to another room but he said that since my kids sat on their beds the room was used. (Mind Blown). We contacted Expedia and they called the hotel and talked to the manager but he wouldn’t answer the phone until I walked to the desk and told him Expedia is calling. He still wouldn’t be reasonable. We even looked at another room that he had shown us and we agreed to stay there until he saw that the kids sat on their beds. He then proceeded to call the police and they actually came out, and the officer told me that this was common at the Naam hotel and he recommended a hotel to us. We ended up going to another hotel. We ended up staying at stay city hotel by the airport which was the same price but 100 times nicer. Plus they have restaurants around and in a much nicer area. I would steer clear of Naam hotel at all costs. The police officer said the same. He’s also the one who recommended this area to us.

Beautiful hotel

What I really liked was its location in an idyllic landscape and area.

Generally it is not bad if you need to get to the airport fast. Room looked ok but if you take a closor look it's not. Seems like cleaning service has some problem with proper cleaning, especially in case of leaving other people's hair in the bathrooms. Very poor breakfasts.
