Hôtel Sheraton Frankfurt Airport

A long check-in queue makes for an hour of tedious waiting before an amount is debited from the credit card that is supposedly not actually charged, but only reserved. Data privacy isn't taken very seriously.

We had a fantastic stay here. The location right at the airport and the size of the room were superb. Absolutely recommended for the price. We also really enjoyed the spa area. The international power outlets in the room were very convenient. We would definitely come back. 😊

Clean, yet air condition often faulty. Especially the gym at 26 degrees.

We stayed here for one night before an early morning flight. Unfortunately, the bathroom smelled very bad, to the point that my wife did not feel comfortable taking a shower. I took a shower, but the shower head had a major leak. The fridge in our room was also not working. The hotel is very large, and our room was far from the elevator, so we had to walk a long distance with our luggage without any assistance. The lobby restaurant was the best part of our stay. It was clean, nice, and the food was delicious. Overall, the restaurant was great, but the room experience was disappointing. I guess you get what you pay for.

YIKES!!!! None of the rooms have working fridges due to a program being down? Very unfortunate for those like myself who need to refrigerate medicine for their flight. I asked to see if I could have my ice packs frozen for my international flight tomorrow to continue to keep my medication cold, and was told no that was absolutely not an option, even though it was listed as an option on the sheet placed in the mini bar. My options were an ice bucket overnight and to keep my medication with the receptionist. CRAZYYYY!! Can’t wait to waltz through the lobby in my nighty to retrieve my medicine when needed! The bathrooms are located 1.5” higher than the room and are separated by a protruding metal lip. After slamming my toe and foot multiple times trying to walk into the restroom, it’s safe to say you should NOT take your shoes off for your safety. But wait there’s more!! The sink doesn’t drain as the drain plug is broken and stuck. Was told someone would be up to fix it, they must have gotten lost on the way up. The hotel is conveniently located by the airport and puts on as a nice spot to stay. Don’t be fooled by the marble floors! Over charging and under delivering is how they had to pay for them. Skip this hotel or at least call ahead if you need a refrigerator. For $250 a night + fees, a broken sink, uneven floors, none operative fridge and unhelpful staff, it really just doesn’t seem worth your money! Can’t wait until take off tomorrow ✈️
