We stayed one night. The room was very nice, and we slept well. I can't comment on the breakfast, as we had to leave very early.
-30⭐️ I informed the receptionist five times that our TV wasn't working, and each time he lied that they'd fix it tomorrow. Furthermore, the room we booked was given to someone else, and we received room cards for another room, which was booked for someone else with a stay date five days shorter. The shower drain was clogged. After reporting this to reception, I received a promise to fix it, but to this day, no one has come to fix it. I wouldn't recommend a place that doesn't care about its guests and just lies to them. This is what German hospitality and honesty look like...
Consistently good. Clean premises, great breakfast and dining options nearby. Free parking and reasonably priced, not to forget.
Great hotel, the area isn't the best, but it's very central. It's a 15-minute walk to the train station and 15 minutes to the airport. Definitely recommended for a stay. Excellent value for money – some larger chains can't compete.
Stayed for one night. Clean room, soundproof windows. Excellent value for the price, including parking. I'll definitely book here again on my next flight from Frankfurt.
Spent one night, zero complaints
