This is the paradise of kitsch. From the moment you enter until you reach your room, you’re surrounded by a wannabe “luxurious” design that tries too hard. In reality, it’s an overused hotel with rooms that feel worn, damaged, and not particularly clean. The photos tell a story that simply isn’t true. The positives are the room amenities and the rooftop sauna area, which, in my opinion, saved the stay. However, I definitely wouldn’t recommend this hotel. It should not be marketed as part of the Marriott Autograph Collection—it feels misleading and doesn’t live up to the brand’s standards

The hotel is really nice and great facitilies. But they have over charged my card on both stays now. I've been trying to contact them for 7 months for a refund but can't get through to anyone despite multiple attempts.

Very disappointing experience for a Marriott Autograph Collection hotel. I understand that technical issues can happen, but what matters is how they are handled. During my stay, I was unable to access my room independently because my key card never worked, meaning I had to return to reception every time to be escorted to my room. The room was also uncomfortably warm throughout the night. What disappointed me most was the lack of ownership. At checkout, I was simply told to contact Marriott because the issues were “not the hotel’s fault.” Even after raising my concerns, the hotel’s initial response focused on explaining the circumstances rather than acknowledging the impact on my stay. The front desk staff were polite and did their best under difficult circumstances, but the overall handling of the situation fell well below the level of service I expect from Marriott. Unfortunately, I would not choose to stay here again.

Overall, I felt very comfortable. The hotel is modern, stylish, and tastefully furnished. The rooms are elegantly designed, very clean, and the entire hotel has a pleasant fragrance. The location is excellent, just a few minutes' walk from the main train station, making it ideal for exploring Frankfurt. I also enjoyed the restaurant. The quality of the food was very good, especially the sashimi and the fish dishes. In the evening, the service was attentive, friendly, and professional. However, I'm deducting one star for the daytime service. I would have appreciated significantly more warmth and hospitality, both at reception and on the restaurant terrace. Unfortunately, you often had to actively seek out service. Hardly anyone came by to ask if everything was alright or if you wanted to order anything else. As a result, during the day I often felt overlooked rather than welcome. Perhaps it was due to staff shortages or simply the daytime staffing, but the difference to the excellent evening service was clearly noticeable. The clientele was predominantly young, modern, and stylish. Anyone who enjoys a lively atmosphere will certainly feel at home here. I wouldn't recommend this hotel for guests seeking absolute peace and quiet or who prefer a more traditional, tranquil hotel. Overall, I still had a very pleasant stay and would book the hotel again.

As you walk in, it feels like the hotel is trying way too hard to be cool. Location- Very close to the main train station and tram lines too. Uber to the airport is quick as well. Breakfast - Excellent layout and table service for some hot food and coffee too. Rooms- Very dark for us, but it's that hedonist theme. Gym- Functional gym and spa area Check in- A straight refusal to check us in until much later in the day. So we used the app and checked in and got our keys right away. Why have this odd attitude? Just be transparent about whether the room is ready or not. Extra Charges- the breakfast has bubbles and tequila on display, but not very clear whether one has to pay extra for it. The mini bar is equally stocked top. Without a clear bar menu. In Germany such things are usually very transparent. I guess it's part of Roomers pretentious vibe. We didn't get it.

Thank you, thank you, thank you! We fled our attic apartment because of the sweltering 38-degree heat, and after I mentioned at reception that it would be wonderful for our baby if we could have a cooler room, we're now enjoying a perfectly temperate one :-) Excellent service, lovely room, we feel very comfortable! We've now stayed at the hotel for three nights in total, and there was (almost) nothing to complain about. The breakfast is fantastic with a great à la carte menu. Sarah and Gabi made a particularly positive impression; everyone is exceptionally attentive and friendly :-) And the spa area is also something very special, with a Finnish sauna, a steam room, an infrared cabin, and an ice plunge pool, which was an absolute highlight in the 40-degree heat.
