The stay was great and trouble-free. The service was excellent; a special thank you to the young woman who gave my boyfriend and me two bottles of water each. The room was relatively small but adequate for sleeping. The shower pleasantly surprised me, and I loved having a balcony with a view. The only downsides were the lack of air conditioning, which made it quite hot on the 9th floor, and the fact that the refrigerator didn't work.

Overall a good experience, adequate for short trips, the only negative point is the lack of air conditioning in the rooms.

Amen and Phillip were incredibly helpful and were so thoughtful and considerate. It’s hard to find service like that these days, but they were awesome. Be warned though the hotel does not have AC, but they do provide a fan which is nice. 5 star overall for the great service and location.

Please! This is a complete dump! The rooms are in dire need of renovation. It's 2026 and the rooms aren't air-conditioned?! If you're lucky enough to get a room on the 9th floor, you have to walk from the 8th floor to the 9th. Absolutely unacceptable! The staff doesn't speak German and only has a limited understanding of English. I stayed there twice, and it was my first and last time.
