Great location 5min walk to Frankfurt main station. Lots of eateries around. Not ideal for women and children as the place is right at a red light district. This hotel looks new and rooms are bright clean full bath towels. Even a wardrobe. But for the prices the room cannot complain. It has all amenities one can possibly ask for such as ample power sockets, AC, WiFi, boiler, TV, window. I am 70kg and fit snuggly into the single bed room. Barely opens a 28” suitcase. Shd one be 90kg above when be challenging to move around.

A very good hotel, very centrally located. Everything is clean and all the facilities work. Large rooms. The shower is so powerful that you can get clean very quickly. Very comfortable beds. Friendly staff. The only downside is the ridiculously complicated lighting system with its many switches. You can illuminate the room in all colors, but it never gets bright.

It was awful. The rooms are far too small, and there's hardly any space. We had a double room, and I barely had any room to myself. And I haven't even mentioned the cleanliness! Stains on the bed, holes or cracks in the wall, the floor is falling apart, the bathroom looks like it's never been cleaned, the sink sometimes doesn't drain properly, and there was no hot water. But the worst thing is the location. The hotel is right in the middle of a troubled area of ​​the city. Drug addicts, homeless people, fights, and prostitutes—you'll find it all there. If you're planning on sleeping, this hotel is the wrong choice. The staff are okay, nothing special, but nothing to complain about either. How this hotel got four stars is a scandal! I can't recommend this hotel to anyone and I'm glad to be home. If I could give it zero stars, I would.

Disastrous experience, terrible neighborhood full of noise and drug addicts. The accommodation welcomed us in a very dirty and run-down condition, with large stains on the bedding. The floor was not vacuumed or washed. We got another room after that, but the hygiene is still not at a satisfactory level. Change employees!!!!
