The Pure, Frankfurt, a Member of Design Hotels

After a long journey home, we stayed one night at The Pure and were thrilled! We received a very warm welcome and were even kindly upgraded to a room with a balcony. Our room faced the inner courtyard, so we enjoyed peace and quiet along with a lovely view. The room was spacious and modernly furnished. Breakfast was also fantastic, with a wide selection and delicious food. The main train station is just a 3-minute walk away. Overall, we felt like we had been lovingly designed and run the hotel. We felt truly comfortable and will definitely return when we come back from our next vacation!

Expectations Coordination This is a hotel that is suitable for those looking for a reasonable, clean and pleasant place to put your head and travel It is not a fancy and luxurious place But it is really great Designed and fun in a light way The location is excellent, central and close to the train station and taxis....but it comes at a price in the environmental noise of a not easy population....And in the evening the amount of dealers hanging around and the homeless people does not fill you with happiness....And too bad, there is a nearby Meztra station... It can be treated

Convenient location near the train station, well-maintained facilities overall, friendly reception staff, small but cozy sauna and fitness room, reasonable price.

As a Platinum member, I found my recent stay at Pure Hotel Frankfurt disappointing. One of the key benefits of loyalty status is the expectation of room upgrades when availability allows, however I was informed at reception that no upgrades were available for my stay. This was difficult to reconcile given that multiple upgraded room categories were clearly available for the same dates on the hotel’s own website at the time of check in. The inconsistency between what was communicated at the front desk and what was visibly available online created a poor customer experience and undermines confidence in how loyalty benefits are honoured. I would expect greater transparency and consistency, particularly for returning and loyal guests.

Everything was fine. Good location near the train station, the room was okay, and there's even a small sauna in the basement. The lady at breakfast was super nice. If you'd like something fresh, like scrambled eggs, just ask!

A good hotel with very friendly staff. A welcome drink was offered upon check-in, and access to the sauna was also immediately available. The room was large and clean, and the breakfast was very plentiful.

Unfortunately, I was quite disappointed here... more style than substance. I've stayed in many design hotels, so my expectations were accordingly high. The following were negative points: Unfriendly and unprofessional reception staff Defective towels in the room Non-functioning table lamp Incorrectly refilled shampoo and soap (products mixed up) Various cosmetic defects on the walls and floors Sagging mattress, hardly any restful sleep Positive points: Very friendly lady at breakfast Breakfast was adequate overall In my opinion, the hotel does not live up to the standards of a design hotel. They urgently need to improve the quality and service.

Good location if you want to be close to the fair and the train station. Friendly staff, good breakfast.
