25hours Hotel Frankfurt The Trip

The hotel is really lovely; you immediately feel at home. The staff is friendly and accommodating, and the room was fantastic. Unfortunately, its location right next to the train station district is a real problem. The hotel can't be directly responsible for that, but the city of Frankfurt simply has no control over its drug and homeless population. I haven't seen such neglect in ages. That was a real disappointment. However, everything else in the hotel was excellent!

I absolutely love the vibe. Super friendly staff, young and easygoing! Fantastic breakfast and a great bar in the evenings. Being right in the middle of the train station district is something you have to like, but I always feel safe and I'm here regularly for business trips.

Stayed at the 25hours Hotel The Trip during a recent work trip and genuinely loved the experience. The hotel has such a fun, creative personality — eclectic interiors, travel-inspired details everywhere, and a vibe that feels very different from a typical business hotel. The rooms were comfortable, stylish, and thoughtfully designed, with little touches that made the stay memorable. I especially appreciated how relaxed yet energetic the atmosphere felt after long workdays. The complimentary minibar was also a fantastic touch and something I genuinely appreciated after long days out. The location was super convenient — close to Frankfurt Hauptbahnhof and easy to get around the city. A special thank you to Maca and Natalie at the front desk, who were so warm and welcoming when I arrived. Natalie was especially helpful with restaurant recommendations and took the time to point me toward some great local spots, which made the stay even more enjoyable. Overall, the atmosphere of the hotel was vibrant, creative, and comfortable all at once. Would absolutely stay here again the next time I’m in Frankfurt.

I've been a regular guest for many years because of the great rooms and atmosphere at the hotel. The surrounding area is chaotic, but nothing has ever happened to me. However, the breakfast is different every time. The menu keeps getting smaller, the service is slow, but the price remains the same at €27. Outrageous and unacceptable for such a great hotel. They should find a better solution. Therefore, only 2 stars.

The hotel's location is truly fantastic! I was particularly impressed by Macarena's friendly service and helpfulness. Kind, helpful, and always with a smile. I'd gladly stay again! Thank you so much!

Unfortunately, the hotel doesn't meet the usual 25hours hotel standards. The windows are incredibly noisy, so you can hear absolutely everything from outside (as if they were open), and I slept terribly. And breakfast was another disappointment and definitely not worth €24. There were only pre-baked rolls, a limited selection of cold cuts, no loose-leaf tea, lukewarm cappuccino, no plain yogurt, and not even honey.

Natalie was very helpful with some great local knowledge. She was the BOMB!!.

This hotel is very charming and the staff are incredibly friendly. The decor is tasteful and the room we had was very pleasant! The rooftop offers a view of Frankfurt's skyscrapers. It also has a small parking lot (maximum car weight 2 tons). Frankly, I can't find a single negative point about the hotel itself. However, a tourist guide mentioned that the neighborhood was "a bit rough." That's quite an understatement to describe all the drug addicts who hang around the surrounding streets (Niddastrasse, Moselstrasse, Karlstrasse, etc.). They're not malicious, but it's a bit of a shock when you first arrive!

I found the hotel truly beautiful and inviting. It was something very special. I immediately felt comfortable, as if I were in another world. It had lovely furnishings and was extremely pleasant.
