Vienna House Easy by Wyndham Hamburg

A fantastic room. A magnificent bathroom. Excellent breakfast. We only stayed one night, but we'll definitely visit Hamburg again – privately – and stay longer next time. The young man at reception on June 3rd was also very friendly.

The sewage smells unbearable... The soundproofing is not enough to cover the voices from the fights at night and in the morning The room was an attic and one side has access for people less than a meter tall...?? Instead of a bedside table, they have a stool??

The rooms are quite dated. The TV didn't work in one of the rooms, but we were able to change rooms without any problems. Unfortunately, there were a few other issues in the other room as well. One of the lamps flickered, and the shower gel was empty. The location is good, right next to the main train station. Breakfast was rather poor. There wasn't much of a selection, and the buffet wasn't replenished.

We stayed at the Vienna House over the weekend. First of all, it's very well located if you're traveling by bus and train. The connections are excellent. Because it's right next to the main train station, there's naturally a certain clientele, which is to be expected at the main station. We had a double room in the attic, unfortunately facing the front, which was quite noisy at times. The room is a bit dated, but clean. The breakfast buffet was great; we were very satisfied. The staff was always very friendly.

I'm really disappointed with this hotel room – especially at a price of €287 per night. The value for money is absolutely terrible. The room looks worn and poorly maintained. The faux leather on the bed is already peeling off noticeably, which not only looks unsightly but also gives a neglected impression. The wallpaper is dirty in places and also doesn't look properly cleaned. The badly worn wooden edges, some of which are damaged, are particularly noticeable. We therefore decided not to stay there at all and checked out immediately. Instead, we booked a room at the Grand Elysée Hamburg – only €13 more expensive, but it felt 20 times better maintained, cleaner, and on a completely different level overall. For this price, I expect a significantly better standard in terms of condition and cleanliness. Unfortunately, I absolutely cannot recommend this hotel.

Good location for a city break, about 200 meters from the train station. The hotel has everything you need and appears new and clean.

The hotel's location is truly convenient and easily accessible, which is definitely a plus. Unfortunately, the overall stay was somewhat marred. The area in front of the hotel is rather noisy, as it's often frequented by a diverse clientele. Even in the rooms themselves, it was difficult to find peace and quiet. Even a room facing the courtyard wasn't truly quiet – noises from doors, the kitchen (breakfast service), and loud conversations were clearly audible. The sink and bathroom floor were left dirty during the daily room cleaning and were therefore not cleaned. Furthermore, the pictures online don't quite reflect reality, which somewhat distorted our expectations beforehand. At night, we also didn't feel particularly comfortable or safe in the surrounding area, so I would advise against going out late at night. Overall, the hotel has potential due to its good location, but more peace and quiet, more thorough cleaning, and a more realistic online description would be desirable to make the stay more pleasant.

A nice little hotel right next to the main train station. The staff is attentive and always friendly. The rooms are modern yet cozy. Breakfast is ample and fresh. There are no waiting times, and the coffee from the automatic machine tastes good. Check-out is possible until noon, and luggage can be stored in a locked room. Everything is easily accessible on foot or by S-Bahn/U-Bahn. In the evenings, it's advisable to avoid certain streets on the right-hand side. However, the left-hand side, towards the Alster lake, is safe, and you can enjoy a good meal and a pleasant evening in one of the countless restaurants on Lange Reihe. The Schauspielhaus (theater) is right next to the hotel. There's also a parking garage directly opposite the hotel. The price-performance ratio is good.

The central location is a great advantage.

Small rooms, great location for a city trip next to the train station, everything easily accessible by bus and subway, but the area is around the train station, but we had no problems, very small elevator, wait until it's free.

Very central location and a lovely room. Unfortunately, they were very inflexible with changes to the booking (I needed a double room instead of a single). As a result, the room remained empty for two nights. They refused a deal to refund me partially and re-let the room when the hotel was fully booked (a win-win situation).
