The room and shower are very small; there's no wardrobe, only a coat rack. No air conditioning, no mini-fridge. The surroundings are very noisy, especially at night; it's almost impossible to sleep with the window open. The biggest criticism concerns breakfast. The room is definitely too small for the number of guests and very noisy. The buffet area is too short; it's difficult to reach the plates. The food quality is poor. On the plus side, the location is good, just a few meters from the main train station.

The hotel itself is in a fantastic central location near the main train station. The reception staff were friendly. I had a nicely designed, clean, but very small room. Why only three stars? You're not allowed to have a room facing the courtyard. With the temperatures and no air conditioning, the room was incredibly hot. So I had to open the window. But because of the noise in the courtyard, probably mainly from the kitchen, it was impossible to sleep from early morning onwards.

Great location, just 2 minutes from the main train station. My room, as requested, faced the courtyard, was quiet, and I slept wonderfully. The room was small and showed some signs of wear, but it was clean. Everything was functional and somewhat stylish. I especially loved the bread rolls at breakfast. The warm Franzbrötchen (a type of sweet roll) were absolutely delicious. All in all, good value for money.

No air conditioning, very small room, located under the roof. Very little space, bumped into several people. Only the location is great, right next to the main train station. The TV was also broken.

Breakfast was tasty and the proximity to the train station is convenient, but it is in the station district, which is something to keep in mind. I had contacted the hotel beforehand because I wanted a quiet room, but unfortunately, the hotel didn't respond, and we were given a room facing the street with bright, floodlit lights. I tried to tape the curtains so we could sleep somewhat, but it didn't help much. We had booked a family room, but it didn't deserve the name (I specifically asked at reception if we had been given the wrong room, which unfortunately wasn't the case). The room wasn't in the best condition; a basic cleaning would have been appropriate, and the bathroom smelled extremely strongly of sewage. The bed was quite uncomfortable and was already peeling.

The hotel has a good, central location and makes a decent impression at first glance. Unfortunately, the room did not meet expectations and looked significantly different from the photos. It already appeared quite worn: several pieces of wallpaper were missing, and the fabric on the bed was also damaged. In addition, the batteries in the TV remote were dead, so the TV couldn't be used initially. The breakfast was small but generally adequate. However, many items were frequently unavailable, and it took a very long time for them to be replenished. The small sausages and bacon, in particular, often disappeared quickly. When they were replenished, they seemed to have been cooked very briefly and were sometimes not properly crispy or cooked through. Overall, it's a good hotel for guests who don't have high expectations. For me personally, however, the price-performance ratio was not right. My conclusion: I wouldn't stay there again and would rather spend a few euros more next time for better accommodation.
