Pure luxury yet warm, welcoming and cosy. The Summer Package was absolute bliss; it felt like a complete haven and holiday from the hustle above ground. The facilities are simply wonderful; hygienic, well resourced and excellently maintained. The warm water in the thermal suite was so nurturing and soothing; a great contrast to freezing Irish seas. Extra special thanks to Ellie; who upon arrival greeted us with a beaming smile, she just brightened our day and enhanced our experience tenfold; such a warm and genuine welcome, her genuine excitement for our day out together was infectious. My therapist Ava; so incredibly professional and talented-thank you, it was food for the soul. I never fall asleep during treatment but I felt so relaxed in your care I actually drifted off. Thank you all-keep doing what you do so well. We are making our trip annual now, see you all next time. Le grá x

We didn't stay at the hotel but had a beautiful meal in Bellinis. Really lovely presentation and superb flavours. The service was impeccable and the restaurant is nice and intimate. Surrounding grounds are lovely too.

The hotel is very comfortable and meal is very good as well. My and my friend loved the spa! Is very relaxing and all the employees are super kind and helpful. Definitely we will come back next time in Cork.
