Hôtel Costanza

Good as an emergency, but the WiFi didn't even reach our room.

We were there a week ago and we enjoyed everything, especially if you're just coming to spend the day wandering around the city and enjoying life, rather than staying in a hotel. We didn't have breakfast, but that was a good thing, because the bar near the hotel is overpriced, so it's better to go to the city center and have breakfast there for less than next to the hotel.

I don't recommend it because it's rooms and not a hotel as it says, also there's no breakfast and they send you to a bakery that forces you to get only a coffee and a dessert! The location is good.

Excellent location for visiting the historic center. The room is spacious and comfortable, but a bit dated and in need of some maintenance. The bathroom is a bit neglected. The included breakfast isn't in the hotel but at a nearby café (an excellent one), but it should be noted that it's a hot drink and a croissant, not a traditional hotel breakfast.

The curtains need changing, they are black and a bit too dirty 😅 more elbow grease on cleaning... EXCELLENT location

Old rooms, black towels, €5 per person for breakfast, then you go down to the bar and you can't choose. So, better to go down to the bar and pay. That way, you can choose and pay half the price!

Booked Hot Sofia and we were shocked at the state of the room. The toilet paper had to be placed in a bin as the flushing could block the toilet. We were moved to Hotel Costanza (on the opposite side of the hotel block) when we made a complaint. The room was larger, but not that much better. As with Hotel Sofia, the rooms were dirty and terrible service at reception. Breakfast vouchers were given to us on a daily basis. We asked for our voucher for the next day, as we were leaving very early the next morning, which one staff member obliged. When we went to redeem the voucher, the cafe called reception and the female receptionist refused to authorise it, whereby the cafe did not honour the voucher. A breakfast we paid for, which the hotel did not reimburse us for. We couldn't get out of there quick enough. NOT RECOMMENDED!

Rooms are filthy, location is great. Room stinks, filth left from previous guests or even ones before that. The linen was the only sort of clean part. Floors dirty. This is not a hotel at all. The reception is a different hotels reception. Receptionist was lovely. But the number for hotel Constanza would not answer. Would not recommend this hotel to anyone.
