Friendly staff, very nice hotel

For us, it's not a 4-star hotel; the rooms are small and outdated. The elevator is terrible, and the restaurant staff are quite unfriendly. It's a hotel that, in our opinion, isn't worth the price. It's moderately well located because you can get to the city center by metro, and it has a side street with bakeries and cafes perfect for breakfast or a coffee in a more local atmosphere than the city center.

I'm giving a low rating for the rudeness of just one person at the front desk. I was explaining to him about the extra points they give when they don't upgrade their Platinum cardholders, and he arrogantly replied that this promotion doesn't exist. It's a shame that I travel every week, and almost always to hotels from this chain, so even looking at the history wouldn't have been enough to verify, but the smugness of some people doesn't even allow them to check their own rules! Terrible.

Rooms are just fine. It is comfortable but not wide. Service is average. Location is great because it is near the Brignole Train Station.

The proximity to the Genova Brignole train station was excellent. I didn't like the lack of power outlets near the bed. The reception staff were professional.

The room was modern and clean, and the transport links were excellent – ​​the metro is right next door. The view wasn't anything special, but that's normal in the city. Breakfast (actually a café) was a bit noisy. Overall, though, a very satisfactory booking.

Convenient location. Too bad breakfast isn't included with Booking.

The hotel is extremely convenient both in terms of location (literally next to Brignole station) and its internal organization. The staff is helpful and friendly, the room and bathroom are spotless, and the breakfast is impeccable.
