A disappointing stay in several respects. The room door was open upon arrival, a serious issue in itself. The soundproofing is practically nonexistent: at 4:00 a.m., I could hear everything from the next room. The air conditioning is loud but necessary, so I didn't sleep well anyway. The elevator is small and old. Breakfast has an additional charge that wasn't readily communicated. The phone call upon arrival, while I was looking for parking, was confusing and unhelpful. The manager, when faced with a complaint, was rude and avoided contact in the following days. Hard to recommend.

Lovely hotel with great staff only too happy to help. This hotel has 24 hour front desk , tea and coffee facilities and provided a free mini bar in room during my stay. Centrally located with Brignole station across the road .

Central location near the train station, metro, and bus lines. Clean, basic room. Very comfortable bed, but not so much pillows. It lacks extra storage space like a coat hanger or a small closet. Soundproofing facing the hallway is sub-par, but between the rooms is okay. The included minibar and TV with Sky channels are appreciated. Good breakfast. Friendly, helpful staff. Excellent price with the 3-for-2 bw promo.

The most accurate rating would have been 4.5 stars. The location was excellent, the rooms met expectations, with the only major issue being the very small bed. They say it's a French bed, but I think even the French would have had a hard time sleeping in such a small bed with two people! Otherwise, I found the amenities very good (Sky in the rooms and free water in the minibar).
