Everything was fine, affordable, clean, everything you need was there, check-in was super quick, and the front desk was always available. One star less because the rooms aren't soundproofed at all. The person next to me snored like a tractor all night, and it was as loud as if he were in the same room. I'd recommend it for a quick getaway.

The room is large, a bit dated but clean. The common areas have a slight smell of cigarettes. Convenient for one night.

First of all, the hostel is difficult to find. Not knowing which floor it was on, we climbed all five flights of stairs. We received a very warm welcome. The rooms are a bit dated, but the real problem is the soundproofing. You can hear everything, all the time... Great location, but I wouldn't recommend it for families with children.

I can't understand how this dump gets five-star reviews. Only the location is perfect; it's not a hotel, but a B&B without a reception. When I arrived, I tried to find the reception, but I met a maintenance man from the building, which was in a terrible state and dirty. I left.

Start is promissing - very nice staircase. But the hotel itself is I would stay not one, but half star. Outdated rooms with paper thin walls so you hear noises from your neighbours all the time. The bathroom is super small and the shower pressure is usually low. Staff friendly, but not all of them speak english. You can pay by card (also for the city tax). It is not expensive but still not sure if it is worth it - I’ve seen much better hotels (also in Italy) for this price.

A genuine hotel with its own soul and style. Close to the city center and Brignole train station. The room is comfortable and quiet, even featuring a small balcony. Add to this the friendliness of Claudio and Antonio at the front desk.

The room was number 7, very cozy. The double bed was comfortable, as were the pillows. We slept great. I highly recommend it. The location is excellent, near the station and on Via XX Sembre. The staff was very friendly. Everything was perfect.

Top location, near the Genova Brignole train station and in the heart of the beautiful Via XX Settembre. Clean, bright, and soundproof rooms. The highlight is the kindness of the entire staff: they were able to handle a difficult moment of mine admirably and were there to help me, which isn't something everyone can do! The lady in charge of cleaning the rooms is a wonderful person! 10/10!

An excellent place, perfect location, good, nice, and inexpensive. The service was top-notch; Claudino was a sweetheart, super friendly, and they even gave us complimentary breakfast. Our trip got off to a great start, thank you!!!

We had a great time! Centrally located, so super convenient. The owners were friendly and very helpful (they even stored our luggage for us!). The room was comfortable and very clean!
