Hotel Corallo

The hotel facilities are in good working order, and importantly, free parking is available, with ample parking space. There's a 30-minute hike up a mountain road behind the hotel to the town center. However, please note that this mountain road is abandoned; your safety is your own responsibility.

Nice rooms, a pool with a view of the mountains

We had a wonderful time. Thank you. Taormina is a beautiful place, but you need to be prepared for some walking. All the staff were lovely. A special thank you goes to our cleaning lady, Consuelo, who always had a smile on her face and was exceptionally friendly.

We stayed at the Hotel Corallo in Taormina and overall we give it 5 stars. Pros: Free (or low-cost) car parking, a great advantage in the area. The reception is open 24 hours a day, and the staff was always extremely kind, helpful, and professional. The location is truly excellent, perfect as a starting point for day trips, both by car and public transportation (bus, train, etc.). We also appreciated the opportunity to enjoy good drinks in the evening or even late at night. Cons: The shower was very small—perhaps a bit too small for a 4-star hotel. Unfortunately, the Wi-Fi was poor and unreliable. Furthermore, the balcony felt a bit private, being very open and practically connected to the neighboring balconies. Overall, however, a very pleasant stay that we recommend.

Everything you need when staying a few days in Toarmina. The only down side was that it wasn't easy to walk to any restaurants

The hotel staff was very kind and professional, but my experience with the management (the two brothers) was unacceptable. The room was misleading: instead of the promised 'Courtyard View,' our window faced a dark concrete wall with no light. When we complained, the owners became aggressive and shouted at us, making us feel unsafe. We paid all fees in full and left early. Great staff, but terrible and intimidating management."
