Hôtel Vaduz ⚠ Unverified Own this place?

Location is great - it’s on the pedestrian zone, close to all tourist attractions. Vaduz castle is about 20mins away. There’s no reception desk, checking-in is online- it was fine for us, but could be difficult for people who are not used to online navigation. The support staff is great - I booked via expedia and had several questions (including the need to add a person in my room), and they responded right away! Room was good size, had a window overlooking the road, and the bathroom was pretty cool with a door to a tiny balcony! Oh, they had only one dispenser for hand soap + body wash + shampoo - would have been nice if they had conditioner and body lotion. I am giving it one less star because the hotel lacks character- it is very modern, minimalistic and has nothing that says it’s in Liechtenstein. Other than that, everything was fantastic!

Great smart conception

The best hotel in Vaduz by far.

Comfortable stay at this hotel in Vaduz, whilst we were hiking the Via Alpina. The hotel is 'unmanned', so the reception is digital, but everything seemed to work very smoothly. Comfortable, clean room and bathroom. The only time we saw a member of staff was at breakfast the next day, and she was discreetly refilling the buffet. Breakfast was basic, but fine for what we needed. The hotel is centrally located, but Vaduz seems to be very quiet at night. Lots of restaurants were shut in the evenings and we felt like we were in a bit of a ghost town (or Duloc - if anyone remembers the original Shrek film?). There was a bit more of a bustle the next morning. Overall, a comfortable stay for what we needed. It's pricey...but it's Liechtenstein
