Hôtel Browns Central

The location and service are excellent. The rooms are adequate. I would definitely recommend it.

The location was excellent, just a short walk from the main streets, with plenty of food options nearby and easy access to the trams. The only downsides were the room size and bathroom layout. Our room was quite small, and my husband and I genuinely struggled to open two suitcases at the same time- we had to take turns just to make it work. The bathroom was also very compact. The shower door would almost graze the toilet when opening, and water constantly leaked onto the bathroom floor, so it was almost always wet after showering. If you’re travelling as a couple, I’d recommend booking a larger room if your budget allows. That said, the hotel itself was very clean, the interior was modern and beautifully designed, and we really enjoyed our stay overall. Despite the minor inconveniences, we’d definitely stay here again.

Location location location. This is a small boutique hotel right in the center of it all. Restaurants and shopping are steps away. Our room was spacious and bright with two large windows overlooking the restaurant below. If you are looking for a quiet ambiance, this is not for you but we had a lovely 3 nights here and we wanted to be able to walk to most places.

Centrally located, great lounge, nice employees

The staff were incredibly helpful, especially Marcos and Filipa, and provided great guidance on where to go, how to get there. Location is excellent and our room was very comfortable and larger than we had anticipated. We loved the decor in the room and lounge. We hope to return soon.

From the moment we checked in through the time we checked out, we felt right at home. The location is ideal, the staff was amazing, the decor was cool, the room had everything we needed and our stay was awesome. Highly Recommend!

The hotel is in central area of Lisabon. It is a quite place from the inside. And it feels warm and cozy. The beautiful loby area is equipped with amazingly soft and well designed sofas for literally sleeping. In the evnjng it was hard to keep eues open. The stuff at evening was so nice and friendly, there were couple of stuff members that unfortunately i didn't remever their names but there are a girl with tattoos and glasses and another one with red hair and on the reception 2 guys those people were really really nice and always friendly!!!!! In the morning at breakfast the stuff was also verry good at their job and the breakfast itself was 10 out of 10 everything what you need for a full breakfast. I had a room 416 wirh a beautiful view on the next atreet and surrounding buildings. The room was kept clean every day and the housekeeping team was really really great. The bed was made veryday fresh with new sheets and all the small details were kept cleann and tidy. I recommend this hotel definitely and hope that the stuff stays and not going to leave beavuse they made my 5 day stay a wonderful experience for my first time in Portugal. Definitely comming bavk to the same hotel. From the menu i recommend Browns burger it is amazingly fresh and big and the wine vino verhde and the chicken toast sendwich.
