It's not that they made a poor intervention, but the attitude, friendliness, and collaboration of the dubcionarios is TERRIBLE. It seems they are there out of favor and giving answers. If they want to raise the level, they should change their attitude.

I just got out of the sauna and I thought it was perfect, very clean, the saunas were nice and hot, and the atmosphere was cozy. The gentleman at reception is a sweetheart; there were only three people and he warned me before I paid. It must get busier on weekends, I'll be back more often.

I'll begin by saying that the staff are lovely: friendly and helpful. I was not there long, though. I can't comment on cleanliness because there was incense burning as well as three people smoking indoors when I left, and Portuguese cigarettes smell very strong. Is smoking indoors still a thing?

A very old sauna; it feels like being in a clock museum with clocks all over the wall. The clientele is mostly older; I definitely wouldn't recommend it for young people.

The service is excellent, but the facilities are very cold in winter. Instead of towels, they should provide bathrobes; it's unbearable in the cold, and it smells musty inside. I think they should renovate and install air conditioning; soon nobody will go there in winter.

The owners should visit saunas in Europe to get an idea of ​​how far service and facility maintenance have come. Having a house full of old decorations with four beds doesn't make it a sauna. Another thing: in Portugal, alcohol is allowed in spas... you just don't want to pay for the alcohol license...

Worst sauna I've ever been to. Full of mold, small and cold. The receptionist was friendly. Extremely small, the furniture is old and looks like it's from the 70s. The shower water doesn't get hot. Extremely unsanitary environment. I was disgusted and still cold. Besides that, there were only old people around 70/80 years old. They don't respect you and want to touch you even when you ask them not to. The old people have no respect. Time and money wasted!!

What what what?!!! Did I ever have fun! Just the perfect place to let yourself go. A mix of ages and backgrounds and tastes. I had very good scoring night. And for that matter everyone in there. Btw Manuel, the owner he’s awesome!!
