Hôtel Premier Sibiu

I was asked for 100 lei extra on top of the total made on the travelminit website.

Good location, close to the city center and highway. No Air Conditioning!!! This is mindblowingly bad on a hot summer night. Filthy room, very dirty Carpet, hair on the floor, rusty towel support, old and overused toilet seat, smelly bathroom. Booked the room for two people, got only one pillow. The second pillow was in the closet, with no cover on, i had to use one of my t-shirts to cover the second pillow. The towels were torn. The restaurant is across the street at the other hotel owned by the same owner. There's no crosswalk :) oor food quality and variety. Very narrow parking spots in front of the hotel. After I left the same review on booking, the owner contacted me personally on my phone a few days later to ask me to remove my review. The photos that I've posted there do not appear on the booking website anymore. Pay close attention to details

Be careful, very unserious. "Mr. wanna be professor" Tiberiu asks you for a fee of 100 lei at the reception, on the principle that it is "weekend", although I had booked the accommodation on travelminit months ago and it showed me a different total than what the reception asked me. The hundred lei was wanted in cash without an invoice, nothing. I also filed a complaint with the ANPC. Breakfast is served in another building, without being mentioned to you, you have to ask left and right.

Elegant hotel, spacious rooms, varied breakfast and exceptional staff. The atmosphere is very pleasant, great view!

Good, quality services, a wonderful owner and a good team! Services are supervised daily by the owner, an elderly gentleman, high class, communicative, informed and very kind. Breakfast very ok. Whenever I return to Sibiu, I will stay at Premier / Anastasia and I will recommend these locations to my friends. Congratulations, Professor! Congratulations to your team!

An unpleasant experience, when you arrive at the accommodation you find that you don't have a room reserved! I don't recommend it, they are not serious

I arrived at 4 am, very cold in the room, I turned on the radiators and when I woke up at 10 they were cold. Lack of parking spaces, bad smell in the bathroom. I do not recommend.
