Kaya İzmir Thermal & Convention

We spent 3 nights and 4 days at Kaya Thermal. - The hotel's spa center is nice and adequate. It has a steam room, sauna, indoor/outdoor thermal pools, jacuzzi, Turkish bath, and a regular pool. We didn't use the thermal pools because they were very crowded, so I can't comment on their hygiene. The jacuzzi, spa, steam room, Turkish bath, and sauna were all nice. We also liked the ice machine and shock showers. The relaxation room is a plus. I should also note that the Turkish baths and jacuzzis are separate for men and women. - Due to its location near the forest, it's a cool hotel with beautiful views. The sea-view rooms have a lovely view. - The breakfast was adequate and good. I wouldn't say it was excellent, but it was good. Dinner was also good, especially the turkey tandoor, but the desserts were bad. I would prefer to eat out in the evenings rather than eat at the takeaway restaurant. - We watched the match on the big screen on match day, and the weather was quite cool, so we had a pleasant time. - It's a suitable hotel for families with children. - They have gardens used for events like weddings. There are also tennis courts. We didn't try them, but they looked well-maintained, and there's even a tennis club. - The staff are excellent. The service is top-notch. I especially want to thank Ms. Selin (very helpful at reception), Ms. Berna (who asked how our holiday was going every day at breakfast, both taking our feedback and offering suggestions), Mr. Kaan (very helpful in the spa area. He was one of the most attentive staff members I've ever seen), and Mr. Akın (very helpful at reception and at the entrance). They made our holiday even better and gave the hotel a very good impression in our eyes. - The rooms weren't very good. The bed and pillows were uncomfortable. I would expect them to be more comfortable in a hotel like this. The pillow, in particular, made it difficult for me to sleep.

Apart from the rooms, the other amenities were good.

We stayed for 2 days as a family; there was no hygiene, no cleanliness, the rooms were dirty, the restaurant was extremely unhygienic, and the pools were neglected.

I think the staff can feel it in their bones - the hotel is slowly falling from heaven down to earth, ending up as just a three-star place, that's why they're not particularly friendly or polite with the guests.

We had a wonderful stay. We would like to sincerely thank all the hotel staff, especially the reception, for their smiles, friendliness, and attentiveness. We would also like to extend a special thank you to the employee whose name we can't remember but who helped us with everything. Their attention, kindness, and solution-oriented approach made our holiday much more enjoyable. We truly felt valued. Thank you to everyone involved, and we hope to see you again soon.

My family and I were very pleased with our stay at the Kaya Hotel. The rooms were spotlessly clean. The breakfast was excellent. We loved the pool and the view of the pine forest from the pool. The staff were attentive and dedicated.

We stayed at the hotel in July. It had indoor and outdoor pools with thermal water, the temperature was just right. There was also a regular cold pool outside. The hotel was very clean. We really enjoyed the food. The staff were very attentive and friendly. The prices were quite good for a hotel of this size. It was also centrally located, making it easy to get around. The manager, Ms. Berna, was very helpful and attentive. Ms. Dürdane, Ms. Ilgın, Ms. Bahar, and Mr. Metin were also very helpful. Our family was very satisfied. We definitely recommend it 😊😊🙏🙏
