Hôtel Norbreck Castle

Friendly and helpful staff delicous food excellent entertainment only complaint is coffee in the bedrooms is horrible but can get decent coffee in food court in hotel or a choice of 2 cafes round the corner

Family room .. insufficient bedding .. soap dispenser empty .. no shower gel .. rooms filthy old fashioned and only 2 plugs for charging phones .. kettle and tv .. Windows filthy and covered in bird excrement.. would not recommend this to an enemy

This hotel was not upto standards rip curtains, mould in the room. Also said was going to sort it out but the next day stay was not done they came to sort the curtains out but didn't meet also the mould was still there and was still there when I left on Monday morning and I bet it still there to thus day

It is a fantastic place. The rooms are average, the staff are friendly, decent food and entertainment.

Massive run downz room was filthy and not ready check at time, had men film and taking photos in the pool and on pool side, chewing come left on side or kettle

The room are normally fine and ok, on the day we went the toilet did not flush but the reception did everything he could to help. The room we got moved to was cool but the TV was not working but managed to fix it myself. All in all 6/10

after reading the reviews i was very put off and nearly didn’t turn up well so glad i did cheap and cheerful hotel if you want 5 star them pay for it don’t complain 😂very accommodating yes the rooms are a little dated but we had a family room and the kids loved it it was massive loads of space the beach is literally across the road and much nicer than further down into blackpool, you can see your children all the time as it’s not very busy which is why i chose this hotel kids entertainment and singer was so good too we all loved it but seeing is believing, we went swimming in the hotel too and again kids loved it so no complaints their either it was an elvis weekend so very busy but that never stopped us we was their to have fun with the kids and that’s exactly what we did i would go back again with the kids

Rooms not like what are advertised very basic not clean had too go and ask for toilet roll as soon as booked in not recommended

After reading the reviews I was dreading our stay here, however we had a lovely time, the hotel is dated yes, however ain't majority of hotels in blackpool the same?. Food was lovely, staff was lovely, entertainment was great and the room was clean (dated but clean) I would definitely stay here again.
