Bad service long waiting to customer

Small seating area- always overcrowded. Overpriced coffee and food prices, 20% for eating in and the seating area is ugly, small and with bad lightning…

I’m a customer at Pret for long time but from now on I’m stopping!! I’m just tired of this short lady attitude (I think she is the manager) the way she treats other white people and coloured people is not the same! Whenever I approach to the front for coffee her attitude changes so fast, she don’t greet and says thank you, I have seen this multiple times but now I cannot tolerate anymore! Pret needs to do better

Pret a stodgy, cross the road go to one of the local places in the railway arches

An hour and a half to close and I get told there’s no coffee. How does a coffee shop run out of coffee?

I think this branch is struggling. Today I was served a member of staff who was unable to understand my request for 2 de Natas and an early grey tea - though she was lovely and very polite and clearly wanted to help. I was was charged £9.20. This has to be incorrect?? I left the shop and realised I had only 1 de Nata. I went back to ask for the 2nd and the same very nice staff member was about to ask me for another (!) payment, but accepted my protest. I was hassled for money by a woman begging INSIDE the shop, as was everyone who went in. This isn't fair on staff, nor on paying customers. New staff need proper training before being asked to do front line duties. Not up to Pret's normal standard. We later ate at the Borough branch ( the bigger of the 2) which was fine.

Food and drinks are good. Some of the staff seems friendly, some rather annoyed by little children, which is not a nice feeling for a family.

Manger (white old man, balding with a ponytail ) so rude. Does not know how to speak without coming off as aggressive and is very hostile. Shouts at people.
