C Hotel by Carmen's, BW Premier Collection

Initially when booking this venue, I was slightly put off by the price. It was not completely out of budget, but it was a few thousands more than I was "hoping" to spend for my wedding. NOW with that being said. Booking with this venue is worth E V E R Y dollar. The food was fantastic, great portion sizes and tasty. The planning team - I couldn't have asked for anyone better. Every single person from the start of us booking, to us cleaning up at the end of the night was fantastic. Staff are incredibly friendly, and extremely accommodating. The time schedules we had set weren't "perfect" but the team was so quick to make adjustments and shift things throughout the night as needed. We also went with one of the DJ's reccomended by the venue (Chris from DJ Emporium), and he was great as well. We had a lot of positive feedback about his ability to mix different genres and keep the party going throughout the night! Overall if you are contemplating booking with C Hotel, do it. My guests were so happy and pleased with everything - most saying it was the best wedding they've been to. Super super happy we chose this venue!

I recently stayed at this hotel while traveling through Canada (From Niagara to Toronto). The hotel was really nice, I chose the king with a hot tub/whirlpool to have a relaxing night. The whirlpool was amazing, it could seat 2 comfortably. The water pressure was great in the whirlpool, filling up quickly. The directions were provided which is great. The room I had contained plenty of light but had nice window coverings to keep it decently dark though not blackout. I couldn't hear any noise from neighboring rooms which is nice (I was at the end of the hallway so not sure if that played a role). Front staff was nice and accommodating. Some items could use updating - light tightening of the bed lamps, the water pressure in the shower left much to be desired, the wall paper above the whirlpool was peeling (likely from the upstairs whirlpool?) and for the price you're paying, the TP is very thin and not premier. But otherwise a good value. The night I stayed there wasn't parking available due to an event. They did have some spots coned off for hotel guests - the only thing is you had to go move it yourself (and with how busy the hotel was it was interesting to have to leave your car to do so).

My husband and I recently stayed at this hotel and really enjoyed our stay. The room was very clear, the hotel is also very clean and modern. The day before our arrival i received a text from the hotel asking if we needed anything special, I requested two pairs of slippers which were in our room upon arrival. The front desk staff are professional, gracious and very helpful and i think that's part of what makes the hotel great. The hotel is also very reasonably priced. If I am in Hamilton again that's where I will stay and I highly recommend.

My wife and I got married here yesterday on the 2nd floor terrace / Castelli ballroom. The staff were absolutely incredible, especially Shantea (I’m so sorry if I spelled it wrong!) at the front desk. Her level of customer service went above and beyond for both us, as well as our guests. She handled any issues, questions or concerns with care and urgency. Our wedding was stunning, and we hope to return for our yearly anniversaries. I just wanted to add that our Matre’ D, Christina was absolutely fantastic. She helped us with anything we needed, took care of every single need we had & went above and beyond. She ‘dressed up’ our wedding cake beautifully with some candy pearls I bought, brought us some of our cocktail hour foods, and made sure we had everything we needed. She was fantastic to deal with!

I stayed in the Stallone room the Friday before my wedding and we had it for the honeymoon suite the Saturday night. The housekeeper Angie was amazing. So for my wedding I had the rooftop it was amazing. My Maitre D Natalia was beyond amazing she made sure everything went perfectly for my big day. She was such a pleasant young lady to work with. Dorian was my bartender, again another fabulous person who made sure to keep a smile on his face he was polite and remembered everyone's drinks. I had positive feedback from my guests. For my DJ Mel, everyone was talking about how amazing she was, and she really was. To whoever cooked my food, you did an excellent job. I got everything I wanted. The dessert wasn't everyone's favourite, but they enjoyed the cake and cupcakes. But over our guests and ourselves really enjoyed everything about this day. So thank you to the C hotel team that made my day beautiful. And I know I wasn't easy to work with. Cosetta was the first wedding coordinator we met, she was very friendly, but she was with us for a short time. Then we had Dominica who saw this through for me, girl you did amazing and eased my mind, you so many times. The front desk is not very friendly and needs some respect for their guests. Always on their cell phones and that was including the waitress serving my wedding was sitting on the counter on her phone not professional at all. I paid alot of money for one day and some of the staff really showed that the love there jobs, and some just get paid. C hotel look under Facebook and look at wedding groups to see all the bad reviews. I addressed all my concerns many times to make sure I didn't have those kinda issues. But I feel for the people that had not a beautiful experience for there wedding. I wished I got to enjoy the room and use the fireplace and tub. But after a wedding your exhausted. Maybe you should give a free night stay for the bride and groom for another day 🙂
