I’ve visited this place several times because the music can be good and the space has potential. Unfortunately, my experiences with the staff have consistently been negative. The coat check staff, security, and some of the guards have been unnecessarily rude and unwelcoming. It often feels like certain people are treated as if they don’t belong there. A nightlife venue should make people feel comfortable and safe, not targeted or unwelcome. Another issue is the VIP membership culture in the venue. I understand why businesses create VIP tiers, but it sometimes creates an atmosphere where some patrons behave as if they are superior to others. Having a membership should never translate into disrespect toward other guests. Everyone who walks through the door is a customer and deserves to be treated with the same level of respect. There are no first-class or second-class humans in a dance floor or a bar. On a positive note, I also want to highlight DJ Sammmto. The music and energy he brings to the room are excellent. His sets have great flow and he clearly knows how to read the crowd and keep people dancing. DJs like him are a big part of what makes people want to go out in the first place.

The guy at the door is always so rude, he has tried on multiple times to straight up rob us. There are Better places elsewhere - AVOID IT

Yesterday we went to the 2000s retro event and they only played about 10 interesting songs related to the theme. I asked the DJ where the music from that era was, and he just replied that the music was for when the drag queens sang. That was it, and after that it was just reggaeton. Super boring.

Classic example of mismanagement: poor event production, door staff that is rude and uninformed (don’t even know about guest list of the event they’re working at), money grab policies such as the 3 dollar sweater check bs, and same old always. Just look at the way they respond to feedback as simple as regarding to providing customers with tap water

The black girl with the tattoos is nice sometimes but seems money hungry , other wise nice bar get rid of her

Nice place to grab a drink and watch live performances some nights.

How long will I be chased by security because I'm holding my sweater and didn't check it in. So tacky! You spend over a $100 on expensive drinks but they want that $3 for coat check.. sorry "sweater" check. Who wants to go out and deal with that?
